View Full Version : Wierdest medical phenomenon I've had in a while

My left eye keeps inexplicably watering for no reason. It's been doing it for the past 3 days. I mean, like tears streaming down the face type of crying, except it's only in the left one. It gets to the point where I can't see out of it because it's so wet.
I'm not in any pain, so it's probably not pink eye. If it was an allergy, wouldn't both eyes be doing it?
I'm probably going to call the doctor on Monday anyway, but I just wondered if anybody else has ever had something like this.

Wow, that sounds bad, does it itch at all? have you tried using eyedrops?
I would get it checked asap, it could affect your vision.

Nope. Doesn't itch, doesn't hurt, it's not even red.
I've checked it to make sure there's nothing in it, but just tilting my head will have water pouring out of it. Aggravating.

That is really weird. I would still see a doctor even if it doesn't hurt.

I agree, I might know what it was if it was turning red..but its just water coming out of it, it might be something to get checked up on.

I don't know if this is the weirdest but right now it's pretty weird to me.
I have this scar on my face for like so many years that I believe that I don't know how I got the scar.
I have stitch markings that is VERY noticeable that classmates at my school said "What happen to your face" or "Are those stitches?" and I say "Yes" *tiredly*.
I don't even remember why I have a scar on my face. I think the doctors when I was probably put into surgery put amnesia on me. Maybe that's why I couldn't remember why I have a scar and some stitch markings on my face.

You know, I have a scar on my face as well, but I never noticed any stitch marks until I read your post. Before I saw my scar as a line, and now it looks like an X! You weren't in any car accidents or the like, were you? That could have given you amnesia I suppose. I'm sure you'll find out eventually. But if the scar bothers you, do what I do: imagine it as a battle scar. :D

If you got General Anesthesia, (not amnesia, doctors cant make you forget) and you went to sleep, you would not remember the surgery itself, because you were sleeping, but you still should still remember why you went for the surgery in the first place. Unless you were too young. Try asking your parents if you were even in any accident, or fall or any injury that required surgery and stitches.
