A small colony of artists is cropping up in Detroit, taking advantage of the bottomed-out property prices, buying houses for as little as $100:
some areas where the artists was in the past like SoHo menaged to reverse their fortune, I wish then the same will happen to Detroit and the city will reborn, it could be interesting to see how it'll go, what do you think?
