I'm vacationing here in the bahamas. I turn on the television one day and I'm seeing all the same shows and noods, but I'm also seeing those kids from fried dynamite on bumps at random intervals. Did something happen while I was away?

Did something happen while I was away?Afternoons and Saturday nights use special FD bumps, ever since DAS got replaced with a TWF block.

Huh, I was caught off guard because I rarely have opportunities to watch TV these days. The more I watch the more I wonder just what the actual appeal of CN's "silver age" is.

I've seen all of those shows. As a star wars fan I hate what TCW does to canon. Ben 10 Alien force also murders it's own canon. The secret saturdays also seems mediocre. Lastly Batmans character designs really don't seem great to me, I especially hate what they did to the joker.

If you haven't actually watched the show, you can't accurately judge it. This only shows that you're not up to trying something just because it's look doesn't grab you. It's like judging a movie when all you've seen of it is the poster or claiming to dislike a soft drink that you've never tasted because you don't like the way the label looks. If I had done this, I would never have seen Rocko's Modern Life or Duckman because both shows looked "stupid" to me when they were 1st previewed. To update that story, they're 2 of my favorite cartoons now.

I thought this was a thread about the Dynamite bumps. If this is just going to degenerate into yet another "CN sucks now!" discussion, the mods may as well send this thread to Locktown.

Sorry for the misuse of seems. I've seen lots of episodes, some twice. I really don't like the diologue, and there are several character designs I don't like.


Look, I don't universally loathe current CN, I think flapjack and chowder can be genuinely funny at times, and I've been a 6teen fan since it premiered on teletoon. I just don't like a good deal of shows and decisions made by the network(but then again who doesn't like some parts of any given network).
