Boris and Natasha Steal RI

I am having trouble locating the episode of Rocky and Bullwinkle where Boris and Natasha steal RI. I remember seeing the episode in reruns on Fox between 1999 and 2001. I know that in the episode Boris and Natasha take a tugboat and pull RI out into the ocean. I can't remember any other details. None of the Rocky and Bullwinkle sites note this epsisode. Does anyone out there know what season or how to find a copy of this episode?? Thanks in advance!

You might be mixed up, there was a Super Chicken episode where a badguy stole the state and held it for ransom.

That WAS Super Chicken...and you can see it on the George of the Jungle DVDs, finally released last year sometime with the pilot episodes of Super Chicken (who had a different real-life name when he wasn't fighting crime)and George (with a narrator that sounded like none other than Snidely Whiplash).
