It's a neat looking cover, but unfortunately, that won't make up for what's inside... :(

I agree completely. I love the image of the Green Goblin in Spidey's eyes! That magnificent cover just doesn't deserve to be placed upon a crap DVD like that! It would be much better placed on a cover for a season set which includes GG. But unfortunately a season set is not going to come out any time soon thanks to Disney. Screw you, Disney!
See ya!

I expected Green Goblin to be on there somewhere. I'll admit - that is a pretty cool cover!I wonde rif they will include the ORIGIN OF THE FREEN GOBLIN and TURNING POINT episodes, two of the series best episodes which were beuaitfuly animated. I still plan to pick up this DVD. I want to see how horribly this disc butchers my show...

The cover sucks. Looks like a blow up image of those little boxes in the upper left corner of an issue of Marvel comics. Utterly disappointing!

What - did you expect Disney to do something creative or original with this? Ha! I'm fine with it, actually. I got no problems with it. It's on par with the covers that Polygram released when they had the VHS rights. It's not great or terrible, but it'll do.

As trashy as I think the cover is, and as much as I don't like their editing the stories together in one "movie," I am awfully tempted to buy it. Do you believe they will put out the show the way it deserves to be? In season sets? Disney owns this property, not Rhino.

As much as I hate compilations, especially edited ones. I feel us fans have no choice but to buy it. We are kind of in a damned if we do, damned if we don't. If we DON'T buy it. Disney will say their is no demand for it and will never release anymore. But, If we DO buy it. They might say that oh look people like compilations and will do that instead of season sets. So I will buy it. Because, I would rather have something than nothing. And I think it would be easier to push for season sets if sales are good.

the fans are really stuck between a rock and a hard place. i just can't help but feel that they will do more of the same and not season sets.

People will buy it and it will sell. We're only a small section of the DVD community. There are millions out there who aren't here, and they'll likely buy it, gaurenteeing another volume.

Yep and then the rest of the Saban properties can get the "sequelization treatment". So who's ready for Beach Party X-Men? The newest Disney feature film showing off clips of the X-mens attempts to have the biggest beach party in the world. Clips will be used from every season to make this all new movie. This film will obviously be followed by "Silver Surfer: Quest for Disneyland" and "Avengers meet Mickey Mouse".
Just shoot me now - I'm fairly certain this has to be a sign of the end times.

Beach Party X-Men :LOL! Avengers Meet Mickey Mouse: LMAO! The Avengers series was bad enough. This reminds me of the Marvel book "What The" where they had Wolverine & The Punisher fighting each other, and in the end, they're on the cover of some tea party comic against their will. You know it's only a matter of time before Minnie Mouse & Daisy Duck tell Rouge & Jean Grey that someday the'll be as developed as they are like in that Cartoon Network commercial. (Someday we'll be as developed as you.)
