I am looking for a good DVD burner software, that lets me make it as simple as possible.

Something that:

1) Converts all files to DVD
2) Burn DVDs
3) Easy to set up menu
4) Easy to break up into chapters

I have Nero Essentials on one of my computers. I don't burn DVDs because I don't have a DVD burner, but I do burn regular CDs and it's very easy to use. The version I use is outdated, but it works fine. You can choose between "Music", "Video, "Data" or "Photo", and then it gives you what kind of disc you want to make. Like a Video CD or a Super Video CD (or a DVD). It then brings you to a screen that you can import your files with (it says "Add Files" on a button) and then you press "Burn" and everything will be converted to the correct format.
