To date, the last time that Bonnie's pregnancy was brought up was in the episode "Blind Ambition", where Peter says to her "Bonnie, you've been pregnant for, like, 6 years. Either have the baby or don't!"

What would be the point? Bonnie and Joe has a teenager and Cleveland has a kid. Neither are ever seen. I'd just leave as is, technically the pregnancy is still part of the cast.

Actually, Bonnie & Joe's teenager and Cleveland's kid have been shown many times in the show.

I don't think Joe's son has actually shown up in the show since it was revived. Also I seem to remember that Seth said she would finally have the kid pop out either this season or next.

Kevin (Joe and Bonnie's son) has been in the backgrounds in a few of the later FG episodes. He was seen at Meg's 17th birthday party in "Peter's Two Dads". Cleveland Jr., meanwhile, hasn't been on FG since his appearance (on a framed picture with his father, while his mother Loretta is noticeably absent), in an episode that aired after "The Cleveland/Loretta Quagmire".

No I don't think so. They haven't mentioned her baby for a while. There just doing that for the comedy.

If it weren't for the time jumps, I'd say that every episode takes place in the last two months of Bonnie's pregnancy.

Look at it like The Simpsons. None of those characters age. In the same vein, nobody has a baby in Family Guy. Well, except for Lois's sister. And the pregnant teens across the lake. And that asian lady whose offspring is immediately put to work in a sweat shop.

He the guy that Meg tries to hit on in the earlier seasons, aka pre-revival seasons. He was also in "Fore Father" (among a few others (http://familyguy.wikia.com/wiki/Kevin_Swanson)), which had one of my favorite gags in the show:

"That was incredible, Kevin."
"I'm not here to impress you. Am I, Dad?"
"DID I SAY YOU COULD REST YET?!"

Just the fact that he has sex in front of his dad to meet his approval (and Joe STILL isn't satisfied) is so wrong yet so funny.

Apparently the only post-revival episode with Kevin was "Peter's Two Dads".
