You know, considering that Aqua Teen Hunger Force loses viewers and Bleach gains viewers, I'd be curious how Bleach would do if they aired it right after Robot Chicken.

Well, Tim and Eric wasn't there to chase the viewers away.

Also, they're fifteen minute shows which I would assume are a hell of a lot easier to sit through than a thirty minute show. With that in mind it's surprising that Bleach can still beat four of them in ratings.
As for CG, I'm not much into sci-fi, but I enjoy the show well enough, though it appears lots of talk and mecha doesn't go over very well with the rest of the viewing audience.

Wow...Shin Chan actually gained viewers from Geass.
I'd like to challenge Rabi's numbers there as I'm pretty sure I saw Shin Chan at 177,000.
Bleach, Robot Chicken, and FG among the Top 3. It makes me happy when good shows do well. I hope more people watch Drinky Crow now that Superjail is in rerun mode.
And now, the hate from the Website:

They really do love bashing anime on their black & white cards..
Hard to believe that the people involved in Adult Swim now also provided a lot of the background for Toonami in it's prime..

Well there's a lot of "new guard" people who can't stand it to. 70/30 comes to mind.
Edit- Ratings thoughts (or don't double post!)
1. Bleach continues to impress while Worst anime on TV right now and the wrong mecha show continue to crash like a drunken pretty boy piloting a Gundam. Why is Bleach still the exception and not the rule in type and content? (Not necessarily plot and maturity)
2. Comedy hits back hard on Sundays. A lack of Tim and Eric is to thank.
3. Lazzo, we know you like Astro Boy, but knock it off. It's old, and almost as big a turnoff as Moribito. I suppose 1 day a year is OK, but no more.[/nitpick]
4. Robot Chicken begs the question- If I change my name to Seth, will that make my ideas a huge hit on cable?

Actually I took a look at this, and there's a bit of a trend with the 11:30 slot. When ATHF airs there, numbers fall for the 11:30 episode, but they rise for the 11:45 episode. Even when RC Star Wars 2 aired at 11:30, numbers also fell.
I think it may be because people switch over SNL at the beginning, and then flip back over to [as].
Wow...Shin Chan actually gained viewers from Geass.
Those Geass numbers are the same as last week's numbers. They may be wrong, as the scrolling bar with the percentages showed that Geass increased. If that's right, then Geass actually got 239,000.

They really do love bashing anime on their black & white cards..
Maybe, but the Japanese-colored Uncle Sam card is cool looking.
Here are the lines. Got some long ones this time:
Bleach
Orihime: Hahaha! That’s Kukaku’s house, all right! We found her!
Chad: Nice remodel.
Uryu: You think so?
Chad: Yeah.
Yoroichi: It’s so odd. Every time she moves, she completely changes the design of her house.
Rukia: And every time she proves she has no sense of style.
Ichigo: Like the way you draw. Uhh!
Rukia: Watch it!
Ichigo: Gah! Getting whacked by you is supposed to be Kon’s job, isn’t it?!
Moribito
Repeat of episode 6
Code Geass R2
Lelouch: Nunnally with Suzaku!
Suzaku: Zero, not this time.
Lelouch: NUNNALLYYYYYY!!!
Shin Chan
Hiro: Shin, my son, don’t suck!
Mitzi: Make me famous!
Hima: Ayayayaya!
Shin: Dad, did you set the TiVo for Action Bastard?
Hiro: We don’t have a TiVo, we’re poor!
Shin: If I plug it, they might send one!
Referee: Please don’t mention copyrighted brands.
FLCL
Kamon: I knew it! Fooly coolying all over the place! What about me?! Drooly drooly head! Googly googly eyes!! Fooly cooly legs! Fooly! Cooly! Fooly! Cooly! Fooly! Cooly! Fooly! Cooly! Fooly cooly! Fooly cooly fooly cooly! AAGH! STOP STOP STOP STOP! That’s enough now, huh? Lets just stay with anime.
Naota: Anime?
Shigekuni: That’s exhausting!
Kamon: It’s hard to be in manga form. Takes time and it’s a lot of work. After the first episode they said not to do the manga thing again, but then we get accused of being lazy, right?
Naota: What do you mean right?! Quit fooling around, it isn’t cool you know!
Kamon: AAAAAGH--! Fooly? Cooly?
Haruko: Fooly cooly.
Kamon: Naota, it’s time to lay it on the line. What does Fooly Cooly mean?!
Naota: I don’t know.
Kamon: Come on, you have to know, the main character always knows stuff like that!
Shigekuni: Tell us already, Naota!
Naota: Grandpa too?!
Miyu: Meow!
Naota: WHAT IS THIS?! WHO CARES ABOUT FOOLY COOLY ANYWAY?!!
Death Note
L: I am L.
Soichiro: This is him?
Matsuda: He’s nothing like I thought he’d be.
Introductions: I’m Yagami of the NPA.
Uh, Matsuda.
I’m Aizawa.
Mogi.
Ukita.
Soichiro: I’m very sorry we’re late. Currently, the five of us are—
L: Bang!
Aizawa: What the hell was that?
L: If I were Kira, you’d be dead, Mr. Soichiro Yagami, chief of the NPA. Kira needs a face and a name in order to commit murder. But I’m sure you’ve already figured that much out, haven’t you. Please do not give out your name so carelessly. Instead, let’s value our lives.
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Aramaki: What’s wrong?
Motoko: Everything is tinted the same shade.
Aramaki: About your question earlier, it’s simply speculation, so take it for what it’s worth, but I believe there may never have been an actual criminal at work in the Laughing Man affair. What happened this time around might have just been caused by a seed of some kind that was planted six years ago. The threat was what made it sprout. As for the copycats, they’re a stand alone complex resulting from this phenomenon, nothing but copies without an original. But like I said, it’s all speculation.
Cowboy Bebop
Jet: Damn, that blues harp sounds sweet. I knew it would.
Spike: Hm, I thought you liked jazz.
Jet: Don’t be dense. I started wailin’ the blues when the doctor whacked my bottom on the day I was born!
Spike: A baby hipster, very cool.
(So I guess when Kramer was born, he was a baby hipster doofus.:D)
Big O
Angel: Have you forgotten the question of why you’re able to freely pilot the megadeus? Or is it collecting dust on the shelf somewhere?
Roger: Eh, I haven’t forgotten. I was just thinking that maybe it’s time I blew off the dust and brought it out in the open.
Angel: Me too.
Roger: This can’t be good.
Angel: Huh?
Roger: Well, it’s my personal credo to treat all young beautiful women with the utmost respect. With you, though, since the moment we met, it’s been nothing but trouble. So I’ve been making exceptions to that credo where you’re concerned. Or more to the point, when I’m dealing with you, I seem to always be on guard.
Angel: Yes, but…
Roger: But we seem to be two people with something in common: we’re two people who don’t run from trouble.
Angel: Is this a good idea?
Roger: Is what?
Angel: Confiding in me like this.
Roger: Good question, I don’t know.

Repeat of episode 6 (again)

Neither are doing it for me, but at least Geass tries to do something exciting. Moribito is made of pure fail.
I wonder if AS is pushing to get reruns of Odenrick's new HBO show. I mean, there has to be some reason Awful Show wasn't cancelled yet, right?

I remember reading somewhere that the new HBO isn't happening.
I remember reading somewhere that the new HBO isn't happening.
That stinks. I've lost some respet for Bob due to his endorsing the Awful Show, but I was still looking forward to his project.
BTW, here's another piece of website goodness:
New IVC track/vid! Robot Chicken: "They Took Our Thumbs" (http://www.adultswim.com/shows/robotchicken/extras/ivc/ep64/)
I do like that the Clip of the Day segments are becoming more reflective of the holidays as we get closer to Christmas. Case in point: Christmas 1968 (http://www.adultswim.com/video/?episodeID=1212e83d00473d2009e1d0ab5d05110e)from the ATHF episode "Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past". The episode alone is made of win, but seeing the kid version of Carl is even more priceless.

The ratings went down a bit last week.
Here's how AS did with kids last week:

Meanwhile, ASV has added some new clips pertaining to their latest acquisition, King Of The Hill. They have 16 clips; ten of which compose a special edition of "America Loves Lists" called Bobby's Ten Most Humiliating Moments (for Hank). (http://www.adultswim.com/americaloveslists/kh_bobbymoments/)
You could probably discuss that here.

Somebody at ANN adores Moribito: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/review/moribito-guardian-of-the-spirit/dvd-1
Glad someone out there likes the show, hopefully it'll give the show at least a tiny bit extra exposure.
Is AS contractually olbigated to air their acquisitions in their entirety? The lack of cancellations in favor of schedule flipping would support this theory.

I believe that's the way it works in general for CN/AS, in exchange for getting paid to run the acquisitions. CN/AS MUST run the episodes or pay the company back.

Looks like LAY is replacing Boosh.
Am I the only one somewhat nervous over the fact that PJ's is premiering on Saturday?
To be honest, I was actually started to get interested in Boosh. Especially after I learned that one of its members, Noel Felding, played the goth guy Richmond in The IT Crowd (my favorite show :), which also starred Richard Ayoade, aka Dean Learner from Garth Marenghi's Darkplace:anime:). Look Around You better be good...
Also, all the Christmas episodes [as] has the rights to stream at this moment (mainly, all their originals and The Boondocks) are available here. (http://www.adultswim.com/video/index.html?section=Comedy&collectionID=8a2505951e3ac6db011e4c43581c01b4)

Vyze, I liked Dark Place too. Yet another underrated show on Adult Swim.
It's great to see Tim and Eric are coming to South Florida. It's even better that they are performing close enough for me to see them. Unfortunately, it's on the weekend I work. Oh well.
1. Bleach continues to impress while Worst anime on TV right now and the wrong mecha show continue to crash like a drunken pretty boy piloting a Gundam. Why is Bleach still the exception and not the rule in type and content? (Not necessarily plot and maturity)
I've said it once and I'll say it again: Bleach "filler" is more entertaining than the canon stuff. I can't be the only one who feels this way; in fact, I'm not. If you look back at the ratings when the Soul Society arc was ending, you'll notice they increased.
3. Lazzo, we know you like Astro Boy, but knock it off. It's old, and almost as big a turnoff as Moribito. I suppose 1 day a year is OK, but no more.[/nitpick]
I'm very sad that you would hate this show because of how old it is, but I'm confused as to how you can compare Astro Boy to Moribito. Can you shed some light on this turnoff of yours?
And thank you AS (or should I say Mike Lazzo?) for bringing back Astro Boy for at least one night AKA tonight (I hate it being at 5:30 am but I'll live). Seems like the best anime on Adult Swim is often the most underappreciated by viewers and [sometimes] the otaku community.
The next couple of weeks for ASV revealed. (http://www.adultswim.com/schedule/tools/img/vid_121908.jpg)
Some things I would like to note is that the episodes will NOT stay up forever, but will be taken down after a couple of weeks.
Also, King Of The Hill will air full episodes on ASV, with 6 episodes the first week, and then 3 more episodes the weeks after (just like FG) on Fridays.
I'm very sad that you would hate this show because of how old it is, but I'm confused as to how you can compare Astro Boy to Moribito. Can you shed some light on this turnoff of yours?
Astro to me is a museum relic. It's something to be appreciated for its historical value, but in terms of modern entertainment, it has little. When it debuted last year, it really felt like Adult Swim was making fun of fans again by airing an old piece of crap.
And both it and Moribito scare viewers away.

My guess is that Boosh will air straight after Look Around You, which was suppossed to air before Boosh anyway (Fall 08)
