Yeah, this is one of the remaining episodes that Adult Swim had to skip over between episode 13 of season 1 (where they ended their first run) and the first episode of season 3 (where they brought the series back to AS). Once they're done going through these, we should hopefully finally get a weekday run going for American Dad.

Well if I recall correctly the last episode new episode of a previous season they showed was "When a Stan loves a woman". After that episode they would only have 3 more season two episodes to air. Did AS show the full season 1 or just up to episode 13?

They also skipped over 'The One That Got Away' from the current season for some inexplicable reason. The episode where One of Roger's identities takes on a life of it's own while the family comes under the influence of a game of Simon.

I'm not really concerned since I already saw it when it aired on FOX, but it might be fun to re-watch it somewhat unedited (& uncut?) on Adult Swim.
