8th Annual Adult Swim Awards - Decide the Nominees!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right the Adult Swim Awards are back! This year I’ve added a few new categories as well as changed the rules around a bit. We will now be awarding "Best Supporting Character", "Best Original Online Content", and "Best Online Game"!

This year the nominating process has changed a bit. You can ONLY NOMINATE 3 SERIES PER CATEGORY. This has been done to stop shows from being nominated in two completely opposite categories (like how Home Movies was nominated for Best AND Worst series in 2003). It has also been done to make sure you are truly picking your favorites and to prevent the headache of tallying all of those votes! There are exceptions to this rule, like how you can only nominate two in the "Best Special" category, so please read the descriptions carefully. The top 5 (or 3) from every category with the most votes will receive a nomination.

Nominations will be accepted from November 26 - December 13. The final nominations will be announced on Sunday December 14, voting on the winner will begin the same day. The voting will last until Tuesday December 30 and the winners will be announced on Thursday January 1, 2009!!

You may post your nominations on this thread or if you want to be private and not influence other votes you may PM me. Either way I assure you your vote will count.

About the Game Nominations
I think a good clarifying post about the adultswim.com games needs to be done, because some games came out in 2007 (and before). Five Minutes to Kill (Yourself), Bible Fight, Viva Caligula!, Nine Billion Miles From Earth, Candy Mountain Massacre, and Orphan Feast, along with any [as] game featuring an [as] show are dq'ed from nomination due to coming out before Dec. 1, 2007. Hey, even I didn't know when these games came out. :sweat: Best to know now.
