Miguzi (sadly) went down due to falling ratings in it's last year, while Master Control just plain out failed.

Miguzi wasn't really a Toonami spinoff. The characters weren't from Toonami or anything, and it was confirmed that the Miguzi ship wasn't the Absolution.

Anyway, Miguzi was cancelled because CN wanted to try Master Control, since Miguzi wasn't doing very well. And in turn, Master Control was canceled because its ratings were never that good.

Pretty much, Master Control failed as a project so it was scratched out entirely.
