One is the actual Numbuh Two, and the other (the small hovering guy) is a micro who helps in battle.

Is it confirmed that it goes live next year? I read a gaming news website that cited one of its developers as saying that the game would go live in December.

Yes! I signed up for beta testing not that long after my eighteenth! Woot, my age finally works for me for once.
