Izzy probably, I'm thinking she'll go nuts chasing after animals.

Izzy or Geoff. As much as i love Izzy i have a feeling she's going to be gone soon and Geoff I don't know just a feeling.

CN update! After Harold's beatboxing skill was showcased in "Not Quite Famous", he cut a record deal. His first album is called "Spittle Skills: The First Beat Down". Pick it up in music stores now!:D
In other news, I think this may be the week LeShawnna gets the boot. She didn't really do anything notable in the past few episodes.

The preview for this episode didn't make it seem like the most interesting one but, reading the above sypnosis, I'm thinking it may be intenionally vague and there's more to this episode then meets the eye.
At least I hope.

7 campers to go!
Let it begin!
EDIT: Wow. Izzy's still holding a grudge...

Bag a bear or septic duty...

Being a major Owen hater, I'm glad that he's become a lot more likable in the last few episodes. If they can just give him a little bit more depth and no more gross jokes, he'd be an awesome character. He should be completely depressed after what happened with Izzie. That would be good character development. He doesn't seem exactly upset, though. Also, what paste is Owen talking about? The unknown "foods" in the mess hall?

No gets her latrine duty while yes gets her torn by a bear?
I like these odds. (=

There she goes again:
"We're not here to make friends! We're here to win!"

Heather calling Owen a fart machine pretty much summarizes what's wrong with his character.
No gets her latrine duty while yes gets her torn by a bear?
I like these odds. (=
But I like Heather! She's my third favorite character, behind Izzie and Chris!
TRANSFORMER RACOONS! The show should do more cartoony antics like this.

heather does not have the skills or attitude for bagging a bear. This is going to be fun  EDIT: Also OMG robot raccons! It's the end of the world!

Haha, Road Ducker. Gwen E. Coyote for the mofo win.
Liked the H-B sound effects for the duck running.
"I hate this lame-o show!!!"
That seemed to be more of a meta reference than a typical 4th wall gag.

Roadrunner duck vs. Gwen?
Duncan vs. a racoon powered mecha?
This episode is fun!

Gwen SO didnt desereve getting here meal ran over by owen. So he loses and "me-liking-his-character" point. And Duncan shouldnt have cleaned the bathrooms for Heather.I really wanted her to get all icky with pee and poo and her being medacly declared grossed out and stuff. Oh well looks like major bonding in the next episode and a wooden head being chucked at Chris It looks pretty entertaining.:D

This is one week where gwen actually owed Heather enough not to vote her off, and Duncan surely got Owen and Geoff to vote with him. Thinking of it making an alliance with Duncan is probably the best thing for her, for now.
Good episode.

Since I already did this for Izzy when going over all the campers who have been voted off before Puzzlegum started his character retrospective, I'm doing it again for her.
Izzy, The Psycho
1. Not so Happy Campers (Part 1): The Last Camper to be introduced she was originally put on the Killer Bass.
2. Not so Happy Campers (Part 2): Izzy voluteenered to switch places with Katie and was sent to the Screaming Gophers where she was one of the 10 to jump over the cliff.
3. The Big Sleep: Nothing really worth mentioning.
4. DodgeBrawl: Nothing really worth mentioning.
5. Not Quite Famous: Showed off her snake dance, entrancing Owen (one of the first signs that showed she liked him besides them bonding over when Lunch would be served in the first episode). Heather got her to vote off Justin in the end.
6. The Sucky Outdoors: Got into Owen's bear story and made Bear noises with him. She then dressed up as a bear to scare everyone (admitting in the confessional she did it to be funny) which everyone thought was the producers messing with them.
7. Phobia Factor: Admitts to her fear of being on a plane, which she is able to conquer in the challenge along with Owen.
8. Up the Creek: Paddles with Leshawnna to the other island. She is able to make a light for the emergencey flare but her constant talking and giving the Killer Bass advice on how they could row back (causing them the game) really annoyed Leshawnna and others on the team. It's unknown if she was specifally voted off though as before it was announced who was (between her and Lindsay) the RCMP came to arrest Izzy who then ran off claiming they'd never catch her.
15. No Pain, No Game: Izzy rejoins the cast as an attempt to stretch out the series.. uh add to the tension. Stated she's been living on the island as a beaver the entire time (which is later confirmed by Eva to be a lie) and actually elimates herself. After surviving the electroshock therpay torture she then asks for the posiion ivy torture (to see how it feels) and takes herself out of the running for invinciblity.
16. Search and Do Not Destroy: Is able to obtain her key from a snake (that ends up attaching itself to her) and tries to help Lindsay get her key by going through a mess of bees. Heather tries to get her to help break up Gwen and Trent.
17. Hide and Be Sneaky: Izzy hides behind bushes and taunts Chef, who finally catches her in the main cabin room. She actually is able to fight and get away from Chef for awhile but is unable to make it to the safepoint and looses the challenge. Offically joins Heather's alliance (despite not wanting to vote off Owen).
18. That's Off The Chain: Built a bike and asked Leshawana to test it with her. Unfourantley they went down a cliff and ended up missing the entire challenge, losing any chance of immunity (but no chance of getting unfairly voted off either).
19. Hook, Line And Screamer: The long standing sort of connection she had with Owen came to a head, sharing a bond with scary movies and talking in third person. Took him out to make out but got annoyed with him when he left her to die at the hands of the psycho killer with a hook, stopping him from getting any chance of even "getting up to bat".
20. Wawanaka Gone Wild: Continued ignoring Owen's chances of getting back with her. Ended up having to try and shoot down a deer in the challenge but shooted pretty much everything with paralysis darts that wasn't a deer, including Heather. A team up alliance with Heather and Duncan got her knocked off as she exited almostly as weirdly as the last time she did (with a puff of smoke).
Analysis: Izzy was by far one of the most unique of the campers. Back when everyone was just considered cliches she broke the mode by being a psychopath that dosen't really fit any estalished character types. Too many moments of insight for the ditz, and despite a 188 IQ too goofy and hard to predict to be the genius type. Izzy didn't really make too many friends thanks to her insane actions and quirks but she was always ready to help out the team or whoever needed it, whether it was helping set a fire, grab a key or even vote off someone she may of liked just for the sake of being a BFF. The only camper to come back and actually make good use of her time there she ended up getting the last hookup with Owen who ruined any chance of a goodbye kiss.
Though not a really liked by everyone she wasn't also hated by anyone either (except by Heather when she paralysis darted her accidentley) due to being really too hard to predict.
a 5 out of 10 on a camp o meter since while helpful sometimes she also did a lot of negative things (dressing up like a bear and scaring people, giving advice to the opposing team and taking Owen in the woods to make out with a psycho killer around).
9.5 out of 10 in popuarity. At least around here. I remember people actually wanting her back and being happy she did come back so that has to count for something.
As for the actual episode pretty good. Thinking about there have been a lot of crazy animal gags in the background but this really brings them to the forefront for the challenge. Chipmunk with a parachute, a roadrunner duck, a tricky frog, a trio of Angry Beavers (Oh how I wished they would of refrenced that classic Nicktoon of the same name) and of course raccoonatron. This even tops babyatron (from invader Zim) and crippleatron (from Family Guy) as weirdest CGI mix of things into a giant robot complete with Transformers quote to boot. Besides the campers attempts at capturing animals there were also mentions of winding down and being in the final seven as everyone got to try and pledge they're case for going to the top. (Gwen personally has my vote to win but I did like Owen mentioning that everyone deserves it more then him except for Heather). Also interesing was the Heather/Duncan team up. Guess it makes sense since they are the two meanest campers but question is why is he teaming up with her when he has the guy alliance? I think he only had that to try and get rid of some of the remaining girls so things would be a bit fairer between the sexes and now is going with the strategy of trying to get Heather to the top with him which actually makes a lot of sense: Afterall the other campers get the final vote on who wins right? If they make it to the final two no one is going to vote off Duncan in favor of Heather while he may be voted off if against anyone else for his criminal record and behavior. So I can understand that. Not so much the challenge: Technically Gwen won the challenge by getting the first animal but yet didn't get invincibility? Seriously that sounds off (espically since that's the only thing she would of won with the dinner getting wrecked and all). I mean yeah it was clarifed prize for the winner and punishment for the loser but really haven't the last few challenges been about who does the best job, not about the votes? Really I know Chris is trying to keep mixing it up by changing even the general guidelines of who gets sent home but this seems even more off then the last two weeks. I mean couldn't they of kept the invincibilty rule if they wanted Izzy gone since both she and Heather would of lost but Heather would of had more votes for her then Izzy thanks to the alliance or something. Oh well, now that e're down to the final six things should continue getting more interesting as next time it looks like the campers are tied together in some duo teamwork exercise or... something.
Glad Gwen or LaShawna didn't get out.
And I have a feeling that Heather's "alliance" with Duncan is going to blow up in her face. :p

And then there were six!
This week's highlights:
-Izzy still hasn't forgiven Owen for offering her to the "psycho killer".
-Duncan making a threat in the confessional.
-Heather having to catch a bear.
-The duck being a spoof of the Road Runner.
-The racoon formation and Duncan's comment being a Transformers reference.
-Izzy hitting things that's not a deer and her disturbing story about her family Barbeque party.
-Duncan's reaction to Heather being hit by a tranquilizer dart.
-Izzy's gone.
-Heather using Duncan for her punishment.
Damage to Heather:
-Getting in a fight with Gwen.
-Forced to catch a bear.
-Shot in the butt by Izzy and got paralyzed.
Dialouge Edit:
-Gwen originally said "I hate this freakin' show!!" instead of "I hate this lame-o show!!".
Next week: A handicapped challenge? Sounds interesting.

Another amusing episode...
Comments:
- Didn't realize until now how dwindled-down the number of characters are getting---so can see why they're all even more focused than ever on the big $100,000 prize...
- As one poster above noted, seems that they sped up the opening title sequence a bit---anyone have any idea why? My guesses: to squeeze in more commercials/promos; the show-proper ran slightly longer than normal; or to fit in some idiotic "Scare Scare Scaresday" junk (live-action thumb wrestling? Cartoon Network apparently has learned zilch from its live-action endeavors...). Anyone know if they also sped up the 10:30 PM ET re-airing of this episode's opening, too?
- Guess this makes Duncan with *two* alliances---one with Heather, the other with what's left of the guys (Geoff and Owen). Liked his threat to track down and get revenge on whoever doesn't vote for him in the final episode. :-p
- Izzy with any type of firearm? Scary indeed. Characteristic exit for her from the show...
- Chris getting bitten by that beaver in the opening (and wearing it as a hat short while later)... heh.
- Too bad Gwen's dinner got smashed by the careless Owen---though guess (as Gwen would put it), "karma" got back at Owen a short time later (that animal attack ;-) ).
- This one seemed to make the biggest use of the semi-anthropomorphized animals seen in the show--particularly the family of beavers with their dam decorated with photos/a table/etc.).
- LeShawna didn't get much screen time, but she did well (despite getting muddy). Glad she's still in the running. I noticed that she was the only one singled out by name specifically by Heather in her amusing "who's left in this thing" confessional rant.
Canadianisms:
- Chris mentions their "province's great rangers and game wardens." The show, of course, is set in the province of Ontario (particularly, northern Ontario).
- Various appearances by Canada's national animal (and symbol on their 5-cent coin), the beaver.
Old-but-amusing cartoon gags:
- The duck imitating the Road Runner (complete with quacking a la "meep meep"). Gwen trying to trap the duck with the food and a net also seemed a bit reminiscent of Wile E. Coyote's birdseed traps...
- A reference *to* an old cartoon: raccoons shape-shifting into a (CGI) Transformer-like figure, complete with Duncan uttering the Transformers' sales slogan/catch phrase.
Next week:
- Some sort of forced-bondage thing, plus Chris apparently getting smacked around. Sounds like fun... :-p

Probably the best episode of the show so far, though it still wasn't able to avoid getting through without and fart or pee jokes.
Loved the transformer raccoons. Too bad Duncan pretty much nicked any chance he had of winning by teaming up with the villain.

Duncan surely got Owen and Geoff to vote with him. Thinking of it making an alliance with Duncan is probably the best thing for her, for now.
Perhaps, but what I think saved her was that everyone wanted/expected her to clean the bathrooms. I mean...notice how the bathroom cleaning came after the elimination scene. I'd bet had she gotten kicked out she would have just left and done nothing. In other words, Chris and "the producers" set it up in a way to keep her on the show. Which is true of real life reality shows. Producers always find a way to keep the villain till the end.

Remaining Campers:
-Duncan (I like him a lot,but he's basically a jerk)
-Geoff (don't know)
-Gwen (don't know)
-Heather (she may make it to the finale, but she won't win)
-Izzy (no idea)
-LeShawna(she'll win)
-Owen(or he'll win)
Who will be voted off this week, and why?
Remember, no spoilers.

Weird seeing Duncan forming an alliance with Heather, considering he thinks she was responsible for getting Courtney voted off. Since Heather is pretty vindictive, chances of Duncan getting voted off are pretty high. Which is a pity since I like him.
Speaking of campers I liked... IZZY! :( Wouldn't you know it, the one challenge you think Izzy would ace and she lost. Atleast she had the best exit.

Was it just me or did Gwen, Lashawna, and Owen have perhaps the easiest animals to bag? I mean Gwen bagging a duck was pretty darn easy, and Owen and that chipmunk were a laugh riot..(Who loves ya?) La Shawna and the frog? Slow and dull..(Lashawna trying to bag a frog with cheese?)
Geoff going up against Our favorite dam builders was a laugh riot.. and Duncan and the Racoons? Pricless..
As for Heather and trying to bag a bear? I would have said, Time for Latrine duty! I mean seeing Heather don a deer costume to lure a bear out of its den? FTW...
As for Izzy, I figured she would have to go, especially after last week's faux pas with Owen and him throwing her to the psycho killer.. I mean Taking out Chef, a horse, a Plane and finally Heather? Oy.. that chick definitely was psycho...with a 188 IQ to boot.. Can we say Evil villainess here? I knew we could! Either that, or Izzy knows the song "The Second Week of Deer Camp" (Which is a Canadian song btw..)
and with a Puff of smoke and ninja-like skills.. Izzy goes home..

The intro was sped up so the episode could end a couple minutes earlier than usual for the Frankenthumb special. And since the special still ran a little long, the intros for the two encore episodes that aired after it were also sped up.

I'm of two minds about this episode. One one hand, taken on its own, it was quite funny. On the other hand, as part of the show's continutiy, it was a bit of a let down.
Bad stuff first. Duncan forming an aliance with Heather? Just a few episodes back, Duncan was gunning for Heather for revenge. "You'll pay for that, toots!" Also, the Guy's Aliance? Dead already? This just reaks of bad plotting. The writers sacrificing any other plotline to keep Heather on the show. Dissapointment number 2: Izzy's boring exit. Eva's last lines as she left the island implied there was some sort of backstory to Izzy. But apparently not...
Oh well. On to what made this episode enjoyable! Gotta love the mecha-coons. And the beavers all attacking Geoff. And Duncan choosing a chainsaw (a chainsaw!) as his trapping tool of choice. And Duncan threatening the kicked-off campers from the confessional. And Duncan's win-win comment about Heather. "It works, we have an aliance. It doesn't work, she gets eaten by a bear." That kid has a mean streak. A very entertaining mean streak...
Well, beyond the Duncan material, Izzy with a gun was hilarious. Her shooting Heather was even moreso. And cof course, Gwen goes on to another easy victory.

Probably the best episode of the show so far, though it still wasn't able to avoid getting through without and fart or pee jokes.
There weren't really any fart/pee in this peisode.

I distinctly remember a fart joke near the beggining. It bugged me too much to forget it.

This week's highlights:
-Izzy still hasn't forgiven Owen for offering her to the "psycho killer".
-Heather having to catch a bear.
-The duck being a spoof of the Road Runner.
-The racoon formation and Duncan's comment being a Transformers reference.
-Duncan's reaction to Heather being hit by a tranquilizer dart.
-Izzy's gone.
Damage to Heather:
-Getting in a fight with Gwen.
Izzy still hasn't forgiven Owen for offering her to the "psycho killer". yep she does not forgiven owen for that to is suregren but still owen still have not given up on Izzy and still hope out hope they can get a couple.
-Heather having to catch a bear i have one word for that JUSTICE :):):):):)
-The racoon formation and Duncan's comment being a Transformers reference. that was a great seen to he really did get more then he wanted there. he just made them madder at him.
-Duncan's reaction to Heather being hit by a tranquilizer dart yes that was so funny i would done the same thing.:p:p:p:p:p:p:p. also i think duncan and heathey thing is over first he really did not want to help her but i think he needed her for this week vote because he thought he could have gone home that why he help her i am can 100% it done first after him laughing at her then at the end for what she had him do for her when she was able to do it herself.
-Izzy's gone. yeah that was sad to see her go but at least we saw her more this time.:):):)
i feel sorry for Chef:crying:, the horse, and the plain izzy also shot down before heather:)
Getting in a fight with Gwen. yeah it seems like heather cant get along with any of the other girls although with that said heather did kinda help gwen win this week bye opening the cage for her and then at the end bye saying at the end tochris give to gwen to get izzy off so who knows maybe they can becme friends at the end?

Here are my thoughts on this ep:
1. I didn't blame Izzy one bit for being ticked off at Owen for what happened last week.
2. WOW! Seeing everyone except Owen get caught in thta cage was unexpected!
3. In the animale trapping challenge:
a. Heather sure wasn't too happy about catching a bear! However, when she heard what the loser would have to do, she seemed all for it.:p
b. Seeing those raccoons gang up on Duncan was scary! :ack:
c. It was a riot to see Heather get tranquilized by Izzy when she was wearing that deer costume!
d. I felt bad for Leshawna when she had a tough time catching that frog.:(
e. It was painful to see Owen not only ruin Gwen's "reward" banquet, but also to see him accidentally get trapped in that cage with all those animals! :ack: :(
4. During elimination, I was so happy to see Gwen was still in the game, and relieved that crazy Izzy was voted off!:D
5. Uh-oh, it looks like Heather will not let Duncan forget how he made her lose the challenge!
Pretty good ep. As for what I saw in next week's promo, I hope the next person to be voted off will be Geoff for 2 reasons:
1. I wanna see Gwen make it to the end.
2. I'm still very upset that he voted off poor Bridgette!

Special thanks to Neo Ultra Mike for that retrospective. I was on a trip, so I couldn't post right after the episode.
This episode was better than I thought it would be. The challenge was good, and each animal was hard to catch for a different reason.
Izzy's story about her family reunion makes it look like Izzy came from a family of crazys.
I liked how Izzy did a magic trick to disappear. She can now say that she never had to walk the dock of shame or catch the boat of losers.
Duncan's really getting into the game. I think an alliance of the smartest remaining campers is a good idea. Though perhaps he should have rather considered an alliance with Gwen. Especially since they could relate in the last episode.

She probably is from a family of crazies.

This was a fun episode. I liked how everyone else got smaller animals to catch, while Heather had to get a bear. She definitely got some karma payback in this episode. My favorite parts were the road-runner duck, the racoon transformation and Duncan's line "That's more than meets the eye." I did like how Gwen won the challenge since she's becoming my favorite character on this show, but I felt bad for her when Owen destroyed her meal. Duncan teaming up with Heather was kind of a surprise, but he does want to make his own allience with the villain. I have a feeling that will bit him back later, which is too bad considering I do like him too. I also felt bad that Izzy got voted off. I always liked her crazy behavior. At least she went out with an awesome bang. Hopefully, next week's episode will have an interesting challenge and funny lines from the campers too.

Weird seeing Duncan forming an alliance with Heather, considering he thinks she was responsible for getting Courtney voted off. Since Heather is pretty vindictive, chances of Duncan getting voted off are pretty high. Which is a pity since I like him.
I don't really think that Duncan is truly 100% forming an alliance with Heather. I'm betting that he has something devious up his sleeve.

Very funny episode. I really liked all the animal-hunting challenges, especially the Transformers scene and Heather getting shot in the butt by Izzy. A little disappointed that Izzy left the island, and a little regretful that the Izzy/Owen relationship never went anywhere. Then again, he DID screw up an episode ago. At least she had another cool exit.
5/5
NEXT WEEK: As six campers remain, events occur as situations take place.
