So what are the BEST boards youve posted on?

We've had a thread about which boards have the biggest jerks, now its time for the complete opposite, what are some message boards (besides this one of course) that you like? One of my favs is the wrestlecrap forum, a fun site that doesnt take itself too seriously either.

Fan-service.org. Despite its name it does not involve the discussion of ecchi, or fanservice, or any of that crap. Lots of cool people there to talk about manly anime with.

Toonzone is also a good site, even if the constant debating becomes a little tireing.

It's most likely this place xD. To tell you the truth there is really no other forum I go to now besides here or gamefaqs. A lot of the old ones are just a online game forum from a game I use to play or some old fun places that are now sadly dead.

So Toonzone is my forum home now I suppose xD.

There are a bunch of idiots there, though there are also smart people there who tell the idiots off. I love it.

I'll have to say Toon Zone. Yeah, the debates can get emotionally exhausting and all, but the majority of people here have a better sense of maturity than most of the other forums I've been too. We also usually don't have people just randomly making bad threads and causing fights to happen. Note, the key word is usually. ;)

I go to The Mobius Forum for my Sonic fix, as it's pretty well managed. And the randomness is hilarious. I also post at Bumbleking, because the writer of the Sonic comic runs and manages it, keeping it civil.

At the risk of sounding like a kiss-up, I have to say that Toon Zone ranks among the best forums that I've been on. ;) The discussions are usually interesting, and (with the exceptions of a select few-you know who you are) most of the members here are nice and agreeable, for the most part.

I'm also on the Big Cartoon Database (BCDB), where I've a member for going on 6 years now. Nice place.

Seriously, it would have to be Toon zone... most of the people here just great and mature. Which is lacking on most other boards I have been to. Not once have I had to defend my opinion just because someone disagreed with it. It's kinda odd not having to defend myself over my opinions all the time. I am glad I decided to wander over this way.

Well other than TZ, I guess it would have to most boards I visit on Xbox360achievments, most people are friendly and helpful with advice on increasing your gamerscore.

Besides TZ, AnimeOnDVD is pretty good, with some smart users. Though some of the topics there get incredibly long so I often don't feel like spending hours getting caught up by reading it all. :sweat:

There are two particular boards I love going to (though they aren't as lively and as big as TZ) :

Anime Jump - The first message board where I became a member. If you're looking for discusssions on Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and other major anime on TV ... don't look here. A real unique community.

TheBatSquad - Like TZ, I originally came here looking for Batman wallpaper. The community is small, insightful, and full of sarcasm. It also contains the best database on Batman comics I've ever seen.

I'll have to say the Storm Phobia Forum. It is a forum full of people who have fears of thunderstorms, hail, rain,tornadoes etc. They are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet on a forum. No trolls, no spam, no sarcasm, it is like a nice quiet village community compared to Youtube and Tv.com. They are probably very polite there because their fear of storms keeps them humble and they are always trying to look on the bright side of things.

I've been to only a few forums and TZ is one of the best. But another forum that stands out is the Long Patrol forum based off the Redwall books. It's a great place to discuss those books and there are some nice topics on other important issues as well and everyone is usually very civilized. I'm not very active though because its a small community and there could be a few days without a big topic to talk about.

The Toon Zone forums cover almost everything I enjoy doing. Plus, there's a huge community and always something new to read, and the members are generally very intelligent and provide great discussion. Oh, and the mods do a great job handling the board, too. A board with great members and discussions can be ruined if you don't have good mods.

So, yeah, Toon Zone for me.

I try not to post at too many other boards. If I did, I wouldn't have any time left to do other things.
