There's something about late night snacks that's soooo good. I don't know what it is.
So, anyway, what are your choice of late night snacks?
I'm a ham & cheese sandwich guy or sometimes just milk and cookies. Although sometimes I go a little crazy. For example, whenever we have pizza I can't help but eat left-overs. However, till a few months back my late night snacks were basically my meals. I was working at this job with a shift that ended at midnight. While most of the time I'd just eat the meal by mom would leave in the microwave their were the occasional times I'd have to take a trip to one of the fast food joints and do the late night drive thru thing. It was always interesting because either you'd get garbage that was laying there for hours or they'd be forced to "cook" something for you. There was no middle. lol. Although after a while I'd notice if you'd go on a Friday night you would get something "fresh" cause the place would be packed with High School kids who were at the mall all night. Speaking of that...I remember in High School there was a Wendy's across the street from the mall that was opened till like 3 or 4am cause it was always packed on weekends. Usually these places are closed by 11pm and they just leave the drive thru open all night. But this place was completely open till like 3am.

Around this time of night I'll usually eat a bagel or a toaster strudel. But I'm out of both at the moment.

Hot Pockets. They're perfect for those late night Team Fortress 2 sessions, except when the molten lava cheese spills onto the keyboard.

I keep it simple for late night snacks. Cheese and crackers, Oreo cookies and milk, bag of pretzel Goldfish crackers. Something I can just go down to the kitchen and grab without taking too much time.

GUMMY BEARS and sometimes Skyflakes crackers with jam. Lately though with some very late night reading I eat ice cream on a cone. Mango flavored :3

It's a tossup between cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios is a favorite) and Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches. Either way, it's something that includes milk.

It's not really good to eat after 9pm, but if I really feel I've got to eat something, I go for baby carrots, or I have some strawberries and a few blueberries.

Ah, I used to have late night snacks all the time when I was still a big eater. I'd usually sneak through the cabinets and have whatever was there. But, the one I remember making the most was peanut butter cracker sandwiches.
There was a time that I'd keep snacks hidden in a secret stash in my basement. Whenever I stayed up late watching DVDs, I'd always eat double stuffed Oreos.

I more or less go for anything that's available. Preferably something that's easier to carry, like cookies, as opposed to something that can easilly spill all over my bed, like chips or popcorn.
But I think I really more prefer to eat cheese and crackers late at night more than anything. They always seem to taste best after nine. But after cheese and crackers, my favorite second choices are a rediculously large ammout of white grapes, oatmeal cookies, or a turkey sandwich.
That is, unless I'm actually planning to stay up for a good deal of the night. In those cases, I'm armed with sodas, popcorn and chips. Maybe also some pizza, if it's there.

It all depends what I have in the kitchen. If I'm in the mood for something sweet, I would go for frozen Reeses cups or any type up frozen candy bar or Pocky. But other times, I would enjoy potato chips or Cheez-Its or Chips & Salsa. For drinks, I would drink either soda or Vitamin Water or bottle water. I rarely cook anything late at night even though my brothers tend to do that.

Definitely popcorn. That or baked chips. Late nights usually make me crave something salty and popcorn can last awhile. As for chips, they have to be baked because otherwise they taste too greasy.
Yummy.

I have a weird habit of eating breakfast types of foods for midnight snacks; like bagels, poptarts or a bowl of cereal minus the milk.

It's not really good to eat after 9pm
Medical researched has debunked this commonly held belief.
As long as you stay awake for about an hour afterwards, when you eat doesn't matter.
Since I work second shift (4pm-mid), I've got recorded TV to watch when I get home. I'm usually grabbing chips & dip, milk & cookies, or my once-weekly "run to the border" on the way home.

I usually eat whatever I can find. Usually it involves Ginger Ale and/or Ice Cream. I had pizza last night with my Mom at Midnight because we skipped lunch

However, till a few months back my late night snacks were basically my meals.
It's actually much better to eat a meal rather than snacks. I mean, a serving of chicken or fish has less calories than chips or cookies. I really don't snack at all. I just eat five meals a day.
It's not really good to eat after 9pm,
That's not true at all, unless you're going to bed at 9:30 or something. It's actually good to eat shortly before going to bed because it keeps your metabolism up. I've actually heard of some really hardcore guys doing crazy stuff like setting their alarm clocks for the middle of the night just so they can get up and eat and then go back to sleep. That's going a little too far, in my opinion. But, not eating after nine could be really bad, especially if you're up till midnight.

Usually the last thing I eat is my supper around 9PM (unless I have a dessert) and then I go hungry till breakfast or lunch.
Even here lately when I've been staying up way late till 530-6AM I try to avoid snacks. But when I can't stop myself I'll check to fridge and see what's in there that's quick and easy
