Favorite Ben 10 Alien

What's your favorite Ben 10 alien?

Mine would have to be Upgrade, being able to mess around and update electronics is very useful in the work place and track down terrorists and junk.

I choose Big Chill, since he looks like a phantom and it's pretty cool that he can phase out.

My other favorite laien is Fourarms since he's such a brawler.

I voted for Upgrade as well; being something of a techno-geek myself, I'm naturally drawn to the tech alien.

2nd place goes to Ghostfreak, Heatblast and Forearms.

I didn't watch Ben 10 enough to know about all the aliens. But from the few episodes I watched, Upgrade is my man. There's a lot of things you can do with technology. With Upgrade, you can have more than one power. like if you want to go as fast as XLR8, upgrade a car to go super fast, etc.

Having the ability to run really freakin' fast would really come in handy.

Big Chill: Flying, phasing, invisibility...and the freezing stunt is a slick bonus. Plus he looks very cool with the whole hoodie/wings thing.

Three others that top my list:
Benwolf: dunno...just like the way it looks. The howl was cool, and he's pretty strong. Be fun to run through the woods like that, scaring campers.
Benmummy: Cool look. He's also agile, strong, can take out an enemy without hurting him, and pretty damn indistructable (survived in space, frozen in liquid nitrogen, radiation, buried in concrete for weeks, flushing).
Gray Matter: think of all the cool tech you could build for yourself (antigravity boards, sentient computer, maybe a spaceship).

Yea but with Upgrade couldn't you just make an invisibility suit??

Heatblast didn't have the most original powers, but man did he look cool.

I've always thought Diamondhead was pretty cool, as well.

Third place is probably a tie between Upgrade and XLR8.

Mine are BenWolf and Goop. Yes, I seem to like the least used aliens. -_-'

BenWolf: He's what got me into Ben 10. I love his design, and thought it was awesome they made a wolf an alien. I'm a total wolf freak and when I first saw the preview for the Season 3 episode "BenWolf" I fell for the Loboans.

Goop: I knew the moment I saw his toy picture from Hong Kong toy fair back in December/January that this fella was gonna be a random little booger. And when I noticed the "space ship" over his head on the Bobblehead toy illustration it reassured my believes of him. Then I saw him at the begging of AF Season One's "Gaunlet" and I was right, he was random. And powerfull too. And I just love his voice, he's so much like the old aliens when it come to his attitude it seems. X3

If you listen closely, Goop sounds an awful lot like Stinkfly. I wonder if they have the same VA...

Heatblst and Ghostfreak are a close 2nd, but I have to go with Upgrade. The ability to upgrade technology as a superpower is such a unique idea that it's great.

Yeah. Another reason I like him. And Jetray also has a somewhat similar Stinkfly-ish voice.

It would have been interesting if they had given him an alien form that could heal people...I don't think we've seen any like that yet.

Probably either Upgrade, Heatblast or Wildmutt, mostly because of design, although Upgrade's powers are wicked cool. Oh, and Cannon Bolt is also awesome.

Diamondhead and Upgrade, due to their versatility. Diamondhead had like 8 abilities and Upgrade can do limitless things.
