Well, I don't know. I think they're only doing this in order to get people to watch the live-action movie, which IMHO essentially pretends as though Japan doesn't exist (long story, and for another topic elsewhere). For this reason, I may have to pass on this one, not because I don't like the show. I do like it, but I just think that this is a limited, spur of the moment thing meant to, again, promote the live-action movie. In other words, it's my opinion that Speed Racer Enterprises allowing this show to be streamed on Hulu (or any other such service), and in such a limited manner (only the first 13) is really just their way of saying:
"Watch the all new movie Speed Racer, now playing at theaters everywhere!"
I won't say they sold out, but I think I'm going to wait until SPE "gets over itself" before I watch the show again.

This topic is esentially to provide a link to watch the episodes and discuss the series maybe, the movie has its own takback at the Entertainment forum, so please keep all discussion of the movie over there, no need to bring it into a perfectly fine topic.

Shouldn't this be in the anime forum? Because, even if it's classic, it is anime.

Always liked Speed Racer in my days.
Spritle's the funniest of them all. Whenever Chim Chim stole his candy, he would start crying like Lucy Ricardo!

As soon as a new Thundercats show or movie premieres, Hulu will most likely put up the old series but I'm just speculating.
