Maybe make the third series based on Ben 10, 000? I think that would be neat :D
Any one think they might do this? Show Ben kick butt as an adult, only this time he'd know how to hanndle the watch better.

Honestly, I think that it's way too early to tell. There just about the premier the second series this Friday. If they do go with a third series, that probably won't happen for a couple of years at the earliest. It would also depend on how well the new series does and what they do with the storyline.

I'd like to think it could work. Though unless they'd be willing to focus on an adult character. they'd probably bring Ken 10 back in the fold. Kind of like Dragonball Z, but with the same fight being restricted to one episode.

No offense, but come on now. The 2nd Ben 10 series hasn't even started yet and you're already wishing for a 3rd series? That's like watching a movie and hoping that there will be a sequel 10 minutes into the story! How about we wait until after we've seen Ben 10: Alien Force before we begin speculating about what lies beyond that? Just a suggestion.
Yes, as others have said, it's way too early in the game to determine if there will be a third series or not.
But considering the massive popularity of the original series and what will probably be a huge popularity for Alien Force, it certainly wouldn't surprise me to have another series made. What it's about, who knows? I'll wait and see what Alien Force brings to the table before wondering where they could take a followup series.

It's way too early to say but I think Alien Force is the last of it. No offense to Ben 10 fans but how far do you think it can go without losing it's edge?

Hey if Kim Possible can go 4 seasons without loosing its streak than so can Ben 10:D
But yah guess you guys are right, will have to wait and see how the second series does first.

I would wait until I see all of Alien Force season one first.

It would be cool to see a Ken 10 series, but then it would be a rip-off on Johnny Quest.

It's too soon to tell. But if done right, Ben 10 can be a recurring series like Power Rangers, where they introduce a new slew of aliens each time, and a new "holder of the omnitrix" will take on new evil.
Of course, if Alien Force sucks then I don't want to see that happen. If you can't do a better job the second time, don't bother going for it a third time.

That would probably work but I doubt hardcore Ben 10 fans would like it and little kids would probably be confused having seen the original.

If the series can maintain the ratings that Ben 10 had, then it could easily have a third series. Since Ben 10 itself apparently has multiple universes, you could also have a series showing the different universes. I agree with what the others have said though, We have to wait and see how Alien Force comes out before we can say yes or no to this question.

Ben 10 went 4 seasons already, and now it's beginning a new series. :p

No offense to Ben 10 fans, but...
Something about Alien Force just screams "26 episodes" to me...

How can you know that when you haven't watched the show yet? Besides, some people weren't excited to see Kim Possible and look how she turned out.

Uh...you mistook what I meant.
Alien Force looks great and I'm interested in seeing it, but it just gives off the type of vibe that 26 episode series usually give off for me before they really only last 26 episodes.
I'm not at all saying that's what's really going to happen, but you never know.

We'll just have to wait and see. I'm interested in how Kevin's crush on Gwen will be shown.

Hopefully not. After DragonBall and DragonBall Z, a third series called DragonBall GT came along...and well, it didn't go so well. At all.

Dragon Ball GT failed primarily due to the fact that Akira Toriyama (sp?) (the creator of Dragon Ball) wasn't involved with the series. Toriyama intended to end the series with DBZ.

That and I was mostly refering to the idea that the character would progress from childhood to teens and to adulthood.
Though I'd say if a Ben 10,000 series was considered, they should definitely try for getting Greg Weisman to write for it since he wrote both futuristic stories.

Let me be the (insert number of people who said that it's too early to tell if a new series will be made)th person to say that its too early to tell if a new series will be made. In my opinion, Ben 10 is one of the higher rated shows on CN right now; There's a decent amount of hype for AF and what I've seen of it is decent. I'm not the biggest fan of the B10 franchise but I'll tune in VERY rarely, but a lot of kids in CN's aiming demographic find it appealing. Let me get to the point: IF a Ben 10000 series is developed and the B10 franchise becomes a trilogy, then let me be the first to say that the third series should appeal to older viewers and should have a Samurai Jack-tion flava to it. If it had that flava to it, I'd tune in without reluctance.

Alien Force is already promised to have a more mature feel to it (the Teen Titans kind, ranging from light to dark and back again constantly), so you might want to check it out before a Ben 10K show is made.

Well obviously as Ben grows the people that are watching him will be older too, but frankly I prefer the Samurai Jack style to the Teen Titans style.

Ooh yah I could see the third series being more darker, like Batman or Spider-Man I like that :D

Agreed. No offense meant, but everything doesn't have to dark and edgy in order to be entertaining. Ben 10 is just fine the way it is, IMHO.

Some Ben 10 eps are rather serious, but not edgy.

Well not all shows have to be from the 6-11 demographic. Just cuz the first series, and maybe second, are for that age group, doesn't meat that older watchers can't find a place in the third series. Shows have aired on CN that have a much darker tone such as Batman or Samurai Jack, maybe even Teen Titans.

and, there were so many inconsistancies (sp.) that it wasn't even funny. >.<
on-topic: I agree with saying that we should wait until this airs before specualting about a 3rd series.
