Wow, CN Thursday Nights has been cut short cuz of the Ben 10 week. Also it seems that Gym Partner and Chop Socky Chooks have been added to the CNTN schedule; I wonder if this means that the block will be longer or that two shows will be taken out of the schedule.

It's probably all of the hype from the commercials, but I'm actually more interested in seeing Alien Force on Friday. I haven't had anything to watch on Friday nights for awhile so I'll at least have an interesting premiere to watch this week. I'm also enjoying how the schedule is better than it has in the past. It obviously could use some other shows, but I think that it is at least decent. I'm also looking foreword to watching more Pokemon episodes on Saturday mornings.

Perhaps, but why follow Ben 10 Alien Force's premiere with a rerun of Out of Jimmy's Head rather than a new episode of Chop Socky Chooks? Seems like a good way to boost Chooks (though so would airing Ben 10: Race Against Time so I guess that might be the reason).

We'll have to wait and see if Chooks is back on Thursday or Friday the week after.

May I say it's quite a waste to run Transformers Animated at 6AM. Why not air it at 4PM now that Johnny Test sometimes has 2 episodes in prime time. Or even in the 3 hour instead of Pokemon or Ben 10.

Their schedule has Chop Socky Chooks on for next Thursday, as well. It seems they're slowly trying to move all the Fried Dynamite premieres to Thursdays, presumably to prepare for the new Friday night action block they announced at the Upfront. The only show left now that still has premieres on Fried Dynamite is Out of Jimmy's Head, although next week's episode is also a rerun.

I like CN's new programming strategy. Thursday night premieres take them out of the way of Friday night premieres on Nick or Disney (whenever they do have premieres). I'm sure when Star Wars and Batman's new series join Fridays in the summer, we might start seeing CN move into the winners circle on Friday nights.

I have a feeling that Out of Jimmy's Head will either switch slots with one of the shows or it'll take the 7 PM slot, making the block three hours long.

Yeah...that's pretty likely. :shrug: It's a comedy show, so why not. Leaves more room open for some new action shows. But while it does have comedy, Chop Socky Chooks looks like an action show to me. :shrug:

I bet CN thought that i-10 would get good ratings from Ben 10 fans, so they put their newest show after it, to gain more viewers.

Of some note, on the Fried Dynamite (http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/tv_shows/frieddynamite/index.html) page, they do list Chowder airing for 3 back-to-back episodes on Friday (from 9-10:30PM). But whether that's a goof on the FD page or not, we'll see. :)

They replaced Storm Hawks with Billy and Mandy? Lame. It's not like I actually like Storm Hawks or anything, but now the only action shows they have on weekdays are Ben 10 and Pokemon. They really need to bring Naruto back to weekdays.
