As much flack as this show gets, it's really not that bad. It at least makes me laugh a few times per episode, as opposed to the much more favored, Robot Chicken.

Assy really knows how to make me laugh, especially with Assy automatically knowing how to fly a helicopter and the criminal taking a dead woman hostage. A bit disappointing how they offed Assy's cop rival though, but they didn't really do much with the character to begin with.

Not bad, actually very funny in several spots. The undercover cop disguised as a pizza delivery guy was the best! They always do great cop show parody. They could probably have made Assy a regular guy instead of just a talking ass and the show would still be funny. The. ass-jokes tend to be the weakest since they have been over-played.

Are there any plans to re-run season one? Other than the pilot at New Years, I've never seen any of the first season episodes.

But that show already exists. It's called Sledge Hammer. I think making Assy a literal ass was their attempt to avoid comparisons to Sledge.

That said, Sledge Hammer is funnier by virtue of less fart jokes and more explosions and violence jokes.

Another good episode with lots of gags (I loved the "bite you *****holes" bit in the (Arctic?)). This show is so underrated...
