This episode deals with the fact that Francine finds out that all the vacation memories the family had were artificially created by the CIA due to Stan wanting to ditch them. How will this be resolved? Find out at 10:30 pm Eastern.
Fun Fact: This is the Season 3 premiere that aired last September but in production order, this is episode 22 of Season 2.

See, this is what I mean when I say this show is too dark. I mean, you can make a cutaway about cannabalism in Family Guy, and it could be funny, since you don't have time to develop any attachment to the characters. But, you can't have a likeable character appear in the main plot of the episode and then have the main cast eat her. That's not funny. I mean, I really liked that girl. I wanted to see her and Steve get together. But, you know, I kind of knew she was going to die as soon as they went to the island. That's just the type of show this is.

I thought the same thing on my first viewing of the episode but now it's actually not that bad. Maybe it was just the shock of the fact that they had to do it and then somehow everything was ok right after they did it (the moment they finished was the moment they were found), but honestly this really did put American Dad on a whole new level for me, right on par with Family Guy, as did the DVD commentary episode.

I'm not even trying to be funny, but Becky's boobs were the best animated outside of anime. :yawn:
