What they didn't know was Megatron had made contact again with Lugnut, and he was on his way to claim the key and restore Megatron. Realizing they would need additional help if all the Decepticons attack, Prowl decided to take Optimus to the Dinobots. Sari ran away from the lack of trust given to her and fell right into Black Arachnia's hands, but Lugnut and Blitzwing proved they were also dangerous. They gained control of the key from Ratchet and resurrected Megatron while Starscream served as a fighting dummy for Bumblebee and Megatron.

It has also caused Optimus to start doubting himself. Many people like to compare Bulkhead to Thing from Fantastic Four.

He was involved during the fight of the original Autobot/ Decepticon war and now decides who will lead the Autobots. Currently he believes Prime and company are out of commission, but the knowledge of the AllSpark's location could very well lead him to dispatch additional allies.

As a result, Megatron isn't sure he can trust him, but Blitzwing was the first Decepticon to put bounties on the heads of the Autobots and learn they were located on earth.

His current scheme is to unite all the Decepticons together and take possession of the All Spark. Little does he know that Megatron knows his secret though.

Awesome part 2 episode today,

This new Megatron along with his new body totally rocked:D & beated the Autobots which he's more nastier than all the previous Megatrons put together.

That traitor Starscream gets his comeuppance which was funny,but he'll be back.

Funny when Sari outsmarted Blackarachnia at the end & when she was knocked off the Autobot ship, but she'll be back.

Optimus showed great leadership on crushing the Decepticons which was awesome.

Bumblebee's dissing on Blitzwing was so hilarious:p which was the highlight.

I'm a little disappointed that the Dinobots didn't show up to help since they were awesome.

Poor Dr.Sumdac is captured by Megatron, which the Autobots will save him & I hope Soundwave joins the Decepticons soon since his new design was pure awesomeness.

Part 2 was a bit rushed, but it showed how great every fight between Optimus and Megatron should be. I was a bit surprised to see the AllSpark destroyed, since that's one of the Elite Guard's missions, to recover the AllSpark, but at least Megatron won't be able to create a new army with it now.

I couldn't help but laugh when Prowl said Bumblebee's biggest asset was his obnoxiousness. He taught Blitzwing a thing or two though. I wonder how long it'll take Blitzwing to thaw out.

Finally Bulkhead was able to overpower Lugnut. That feud is long from over though. I get the feeling Lugnut is going to get stronger.

Poor Black Arachnia was knocked off the Autobot ship by gravity. I doubt she was squashed, but her disappearance was as quick as her apperance last episode.

Poor Starscream got his comeuppance, but the key clearly healed him just as Megatron punched him. He'll be back.

I can't help but feel sorry for Professor Sumdac. First he recreates Megatron, and now he's kidnapped by Megatron to make his rmy stronger.

I don't think Sumdac as kidnapped. Earlier in the episode he was going to tell Sari a secret (other than him rebuilding Megatron) and was intrupted. I don't what is was, but there is more to Megatron and Sumdac than we know just yet.

Speaking of Sari, just like I predicted, she tricked Blackarachnia, I knew she had a trick up her sleve.

And Blackarachnia's appearance actually struck me as really pointless... she didn't even run into Optimus or anything. I guess she'll be important at the start of season 2, though.

It was clear that he grabbed at Sumdac when Sumdac revealed he knew Megatron's weak spots. Sumdac wasn't seen after that until the end when Megatron was holding him in a fist he didn't use after he grabbed at him. Inless there was some sort of conspiracy arranged to have it appear Sumdac was kidnapped, then it's safe to say he was kidnapped. Megatron probably wants him not only to build an army but to build a Decepticon base.

This episode was pretty good, I only wish there was more dialogue between Optimus and Megatron. Still the episode rocked.

I wonder what was the secret that Sumdac was going tell Sari.

I really hope they don't drag out this whole Sumdac being kidnapped by Megatron thing out for that long, like they did with Koji's father in RiD.

one thing i like about this series is that Megatron and Optimus dont have this HUGE eternal rivalry/nemesis thing going on like in the anime transformers.

I guess Blackarachnia was just used as a device to get Sari to where the plot is. In that regard, she works well.

Still, I have to say I'm quite impressed, especially with how threatening Megatron is here, alongside the interest twist in the end.

I don't know when Ultra Magnus will appear, but Sentinel Prime is the leader of the Cybertron Elite Guard. The Elite Guard in its entirety will arrive on earth next week.

Well, the Autobots in this series (Optimus' crew anyway) are really only mere repair bots, thats why their weapons, strength, and size don't match the Decepticons. Basically Optimus' crew weren't built for this type of combat, I think Optimus might be the exception but even he seems just as weak. I'm not sure about the movie though.

Maybe this is not the place to bring it up, but Tara Strong preformance of Sari, the more I think about it, it reminds me of another one of her characters. Sari in her personality when it comes to reacting to the face of danger, and her desire to want to do something posstive and her sarcastic witt pacificly towards the villains reminds me of Ben Tennison from the original Ben 10.

They are kind of the same, except Sari is a little more clever in coming up with plans and scemes to escape from the villains and / or stop the villains.

Yes, he looks different because that is how he looked in the Transformers Animated movie. His look was altered because some earth technology was used to rebuild him by the key.
