We got a preview of what it will be if you get it now on Sunday. Much to the chigrin of the show's creators. I think June 1st is an okay wait and the time between season 3 and 4 will be even less so that's a good thing.

The waiting is a good thing, because it tells you that the show is good. Unlike a lot of adult swim shows that take little time to make and it shows. BADLY. Not as in a bad-in-graphics-department but bad as in a not-really-thought-through-idea-that-won't-work-in-the-long-run-and-will-drag-you-down-with-it-when-it-implodes-upon-its-crudiness department.

Gee, thanks Adult Swim. Premiere my favorite current [as] show during the most tumultuous weekend of the entire year. My lease is up, college is over, and I have to pack everything I own and move it 1,100 miles up the East Coast. But sure! Let's start Venture Bros back up! Let's not wait only one or two more weeks, after waiting over a year!
Ah well. There's always reruns and DVDs.

I will never get why creators think it's a good idea to start show premieres during the summer season, when people are outside doing things. Premiere them in fall and winter.

Well, for broadcast networks, yeah that makes scene. But cable benefits from premering new shows/seasons during this time while the broadcast networks just show reruns and reality shows.

I could be a really big jerk and say "yeah let's delay the show a couple of more weeks because ONE FAN has problems he has to deal with even though the thousand of us are fine for June 1st" but also remember Temple that it's also going to be premiering that Friday before hand on the fix (the 30th) and will be avilable all week. Surley you'll have a free 30 minutes during the week to watch it if you can't on TV. Unless you're super tumultous weekend lasts until June 6th or so.

In addition to what Mugen said, you also have to remember that when specifically talking about Adult Swim, we're talking about premieres for a shows between 11PM-1AM Saturday and Sunday nights for the most part. There aren't going to be many people who are going to be out doing things then whether Summer or winter anyway (besides the people who go out regardless of season) so it dosen't make too much of a difference when new episodes are shown.
I'm glad to see them give an offical release for Season three though. Also glad they're doing season four back to back so we dont' have as much a delay (even if they haven't started on four yet, knowing they're working on it after three is defintley good).

They want me to watch their network? THEY should conform.
Yeah I'll probably catch it on-line once I've moved.

If we get 26 episodes in a row we'll still have to wait another whole year for season five (if it gets ordered). I'm fine with waiting. I'm used to that. But to me it makes more sense to offset the fourth season by five or six months. Spread out the love, so to speak.
