Did anyone catch a little "signing off" CN used tonight after Toonami ended? I think it said something like "See you tommorow, Good Night." I think it's pretty cool CN is taking time to make something like that.

TOM runs off a landing pad and rockets off into the distance with his awesome jets. The screen then cuts to "Later...".

I saw the signoff too. It's really cool. I like the animation Shilo Creative is using to make these bumpers.

No, that's the ending bumper for Toonami. This signoff is for general CN. It features a kid going through a normal day with school, tv, and stuff like that and then it ends as the camera zooms out of his house and focuses on a constellation with the CN logo as more stars form the text "See you tomorrow, Goodnight." It is done in the same animation/live-action hybrid style as the Fall is Just Something that Grown Ups Invented bumpers. As for music, I don't really remember, but I'm pretty sure it's instrumental with no vocals.

No it wasn't the Toonami one. It was one for general Cartoon Network.
I like it. A nice transition into Adult Swim.

This happened with TOM 4?

Yeah, I saw both the CN and Toonami signoff bumps. I also think the CN one is creative. It pretty much shows a kid going through everyday life, and when he goes to sleep, the sky says "Goodnight, See you tomarrow."
The Toonami signoff bump with Tom 4 is exactly what was described above, which was equally cool.:)

Sounds cute. I hope they show it again tonight. I'd like to see it.
In the UK, back in the days when TNT/TCM was on the same channel as Cartoon Network, they had a bumper where the boxes in the checkerboard logo were like windows, and they went dark one by one as proverbial lights were turned off.
It's hard to explain.

I've seen it. You can see it at this site: http://www.tv-signoffs.com/UScable-signoffs.htm (Scroll down to the last video at the bottom, and see it.)
