I happened to be thinking about this while watching a rain delay of a NASCAR race on ESPN2-HD, after seeing a guy baking chocolate-chip cookies...in a barbecue gas grill....

What's the most unusual way you've seen anything being cooked or baked?

"Cookieburgers, anyone?"

I remember reading an article a few years ago that the inside of an old lady's car was so hot on a sunny day that the cookies baked under the windshield.

Everyso often I've come across either a tv show or book about car engine cooking. It's mostly practice to learn how your engine does and guess the timing right. You wrap different food in Al foil, place it at different points around the engine block and exhaust manifold, and take a trip. At some point along the way you have a hot meal.

I always add cooked ground beef, cooked and raw onions, crispy chinese noodles, and soy sauce on my favorite food, rice. Most people find that weird when I do that.

A few years back, I saw a show about some African national park. When they take people on jeep safaris, they serve them pizza cooked inside a termite mound for dinner. Not all that weird, I guess, but different.
