Yell at me if you want, but I actually laughed at Golly getting beaten up with the anvil. XD

I thought the mini-shorts featuring Golly's "abusiveness" were pretty good. Obviously done in a parody of classic Mickey Mouse cartoons.
Though it annoys me how they advertise the encore as "new." They do so the same thing with Chowder...

This should be slightly better without the canned (and unfunny) laughter.

You know, I would love it if someone made a screencap with The WB logo instead of the Cartoon Network logo. Example.

Cause according to a news article I read. The live action/animation hybrid was originally for The WB in the 2004-2005 season.

This should be slightly better without the canned (and unfunny) laughter. Which is why I haven't watched this show since the skating episode. I think that we should provide the laughter ourselves, not one that's from an automated audience.

Thankfully I've been recording every episode. So I can laugh out loud when I slow-motion through the most rediculious parts, even the horridly acted parts.
This show would be a slap-to-the-face for childrens shows but I have episodes without the laugh track, so it may be possible to provide the laughter for them.

Children's shows with canned laughter is an automatic fail for me. The laughter is unbelievably phony, especially considering laughter is placed at the end of just about every single line, even serious statements.
I was working on an intricate Lego set in my bedroom a few days ago and I had Spongebob on in the other room. When that ended and Drake and Josh began I had to listen to it for a few minutes because I was too preoccupied to get right up and change the channel. I ended up listening to about five minutes of mindless canned laughter punctuating each and every line of dialouge.
Drake: Hey Josh, what's new?
Josh: Oh nothing.
(laughter)
Drake: Having a bowl of cereal? I think I'll have one too.
(laughter)
Wow, there's a free prize inside!
(laughter)
Sister character: You guys better hurry up or you'll be late for class.
(laughter)
Drake: Oh right, I have a big test today.
Josh: What's it on?
Drake: Biology.
(laughter)
Of course I made all that up but that's how it sounded to me. And it went on like that. Is OOJH as bad?
Who programs the laughter on this crap? Is it someone with a lame sense of humor, or is it a complete moron?

Well, I wouldn't say that the laugh track is used that much. But yeah...that's pretty much how it is.

This one basically sucked for me, since the characters I watch the show for were either not in it at all (Yancy and Jimmy's mom) or were barely in it (the Appleday toons). I basically wasted 22 minutes sitting through this thing, and unfortunately I can't un-watch it.
BTW, how supremely stupid are the Roberts family? Sonny said right in front of the dad's face that he's trying to kill Jimmy, and yet they not only let him go all the time, but they give him room and board in their house. Even for comedy, that's too much of a stretch. Any parent with half a brain would call the police on this guy or filed a restraining order against him. I'm opposed to excessive violence, but there are so many people on this show I just want to bash over the head with a rock.

You'll know from the horrible Re-Animated movie that Mrs. Roberts is the smartest parent of the roberts family, being able to easily see through the scham of the villian.
Unfortunally Jimmy's Dad seems ignorant of his son and seems to be the one who would get Jimmy in trouble or mess up Jimmy's life for no reason, hell he would even not be able to recognize Jimmy properly. All he probally cares about is childish things, from what I've watched, he is without a doubt the worst TV dad ever!. Let's hope the divorce episode comes soon.

Apparently there were only supposed to be eleven episodes, but I guess there's more than that. Doesn't look like there'll be a new episode for some time, though.

Umm, if it makes anyone feel better, the laugh track didn't make me laugh at the scene I mentioned before.
I laughed 'cause I thought it was funny.

Actually 12 because of the nature episode which may or may not be airing.
On second thought, There not might actually be a 12th episode.

Looks as if "Ambush" was the last new episode for a while (except for the yet-to-be aired "Outdoors"). Production on Out of Jimmy's Head has ground to a halt due to the WGA strike, and who thought that OOJH had writers? I just assumed that the Sunday Pants guys just made those stories up as they went along.

If this strike lasts longer than I expected (At least Feb 2008, because nobody's at the bargaining table right now), then this show is done. I can't wait until the CN Upfront.

If the website is to be believed, 1. The only episode listed that has yet to air is "Outdoors".

It's got a funny laughtrackHow can a laugh track be funny? Or do you mean it makes you laugh?
a great cast of believable toon charactersWhat do you mean by believable? I never heard anyone call a cartoon that.
intelligent child actors I've never heard of an unintelligent child actor, any examples of an unintelligent one?
and real supervillian out to steal Jimmy's brainI guess that's ok. I do like Sonny more than the other characters but what do you mean by a "real supervillain"? Do you mean someone other than a generic bully?

Why are you questioning what I like?Just because my opinion isn't the same as everyone else's and the fact that it basically makes me a hypocrite, doesn't give you all (not just you Megaman) the right to publicly call my opinion a *joke* or the right to question *my age level*
Oh,and one more thing guys."If the bait is obvious, don't take it." -Kakashi. ;) IT'S GOT A FUNNY LAUGH TRACK! Geez...

It's got a funny laughtrack
Most comedies have laugh tracks, this one is forced and is not filmed in front of a live studio audience. Which they do not have and they have to add in their own laugh track which laughs at everything percieved to be a joke.
a great cast of believable toon characters
Did you mean. Toon characters that hinder the experience cause only Jimmy can see them... Yeah,
intelligent child actors and real supervillian out to steal Jimmy's brain.
You call actors like Dominic Janes and John Kent Ethridge intelligent? Dominic sounds bored and John Kent is just plain absurd. And Sonny is not a real villan, all of his plans failed and he got in the way in an actual attempt that would of worked. If you call that a real supervillian then I would be suprised.
This was the funniest episode to date.
If The WB were still around today. I would be watching that instead of Out of Jimmy's Head. In fact, The WB's lineup is funnier than Out of Jimmy's Head. With such a cliche as ambush and absurb events such as the Rock Opera. Was robin even humiliated? No?, Did the people who ruined the opera care? No?, What did she do? Why she assumes revenge on Jimmy of course, what a stupid and iteleguial plot, I rate this episode a 1 out of 5 stars.

I still think the people behind this moronic show are having a laugh at any viewers who are actually watching it. As if they can honestly churn out garbage and it will find an audience regardless.
