We have a special Christmas episode of Camp Lazlo tonight. Here is the summary:

Santa vacations at Camp Kidney after his workshop is destroyed, but soon decides not to return home or resume toy making.

It premieres tonight at 8 pm and repeats at 9:30 pm.

There's nothing to really talk about for this episode.

I saw it during the marathon on Sunday and it was boring, like most episodes of Lazlo. The animation was fine, the characterizations were ok, everything was just middle-of-the-road. It doesn't seem like the writers or even the creator himself is taking any liberties with anything CN has to offer.

A large contrast to shows like Chowder, which are instantly appealing in several ways.

So, does this episode point out that Santa's the only human in the series? (the elves don't count.)

Good... Lord... That... Was... Freaking... DULL. It's an OK show and all, but I don't see how the show can be so popular with anyone over 8, really.

Lincoln's on the penny, he's human.

Yeah it's difficult to tell with shows like this, one episode even had Lumpus watch a commercial advertising chicken pot pie where a chicken spokesperson was actually telling people to eat it himself. When the eat ham or meat of any sort it just gets me confused on where they got it.

However, there are animals in the woods... that are less developed then them mentally... so maybe that's where they get it? Hmm.

Ugh, this episode was just dull and very boring, there's nothing more to be said really.

the time and pacing pacing in this cartoon is what kills it.
