It's rare in and of itself, but it's especially rare for a quote from something a little less mainstream like G Gundam. DBZ or Sailor Moon? Sure. But beyond that, it's pretty odd.

...uh...no and yes. I mean sure almost every comedy cartoon makes a reference to another Cartoon or Anime or whatever. Really it is no different from any Cameos like Master Shake from ATHF being in Billy and Mandy or Starscream from transfomers being Megas XLR. Anyway if I had to guess...I would say no.
