Hey Folks. Tonight is the premiere of Joe Barbera's Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale. The last project by the man (Joe Barbera) himself. Heres a synopsis:
After a wonderland is created in an empty opera Jerry inherits a magical kingdom. Soon enough Tom and the alley cats are up to no good and takeover. Jerry and his friends Tuffy, Nelly, and Paulie Pixie must follow the star to find the toymaker in order to save the day.

So far this doesn't suck.
It's a shame it's the last one Barbera worked on. They finally got this right.

Not bad at all. It's shame that this is the last Tom and Jerry Joe Barbera will be working on. He's always done with a great job with the series.

Well Tom And Jerry were one of the first things Joe Barbara ever produced, so it is only appropriate, it ends with Tom and Jerry.
Though I wish they didn't villainfy Tom so much. If anyone has been the antagonist over the years, it is Jerry.

I saw the movie, Guys. I thought it was the most heroic and most romantic special I ever saw.

The voice of the ballerina was done by Tara Strong, the voice of Bubbles and Raven.

I especially loved the moral it showed: As long as you keep reaching for your star, anything is possible.

Yup! I think that Brandt and Cervone also have quite the knack for making new tom and jerry projects feel like the old fashioned stuff.

It was pretty good. If I'm not mistaken, someone or everyone who animated Duck Dodgers worked on this, right? Do they do all of the WB and Hanna-Barbera stuff or just some?
Anyway I feel like I always have to find something bad in the shows I watch, I think I shouldn't do that anymore. The only thing I found wrong was the ending seemed rushed. I expected a little more magic at the end.
8/10

For those wondering about the voices.
The voices are from Ocean Group. Richard Newman, Ian James Corlett, and Scott McNeil especially.
