How much longer are Family Guy and Boondocks going to be new arrivals on Monday? They've been there for almost 2 months.

Oh, I was going to change it, but I forgot. Thanks for reminding me.

Edit: Looks like the bump writers are on strike until Witchdoctor sells 1000 copies.

I consider Careers in Science one of the better episodes of Venture Bros. season one.

Death Note worry can end. 400K is pretty good, and the comedy hour is still holding up strong.

xavier the ratings angel?

Saturday, November 10th

Futurama: 533,000
Boondocks: 483,000
Death Note: 400,000

that looks more normal :)

Up: Futurama, Boondocks
New: Death Note

Hmm, what will Beat say about this, I wonder? A ratings fluke, perhaps?

wonder what caused that off week

Sunday (well, Futurama and FG) rebounds after the low numbers last week.

About the Thanksgiving marathon: "Escape From Leprechaupolis" is nowhere near the worst ATHF episode. Did the creators really think that was the worst they made?

About the ratings: Good to see Death Note shoot up a bit. Let's hope that'll be a consistent thing for a while.

Deathnote still lost 83,000 viewers from its Boondocks lead-in though. That's almost twice what Boondocks lost from its Futurama lead-in.

It's not keeping viewers as much as Bleach did, but this is slightly more positive.

It's all relative as to whether or not it can keep up this momentum.

Can't really say something like that for sure, considering that ratings for Saturday vary too much. For example:

Saturday, October 13th
Futurama: 527,000
Boondocks: 466,000
Bleach: 386,000Of course, this is still very early in the run, so we'll see how the trend goes.

A better way to look at it is Boondocks had a 90.6% retention rate while Death Note had a 82.8% retention rate. In this situation it doesn't change things but in a lot of situations it does.

Yeah, there was only a 3000 viewer dropoff difference. Again, we're only a few weeks into the run, plus promotion just started. Saturday night ratings can be very erratic.

I still haven't seen it on the TV. :( Of course I do most of my AS watching on adultswim.com/video.
