Dumb Dreams

Have any of you just had a dumb dream? Usually I have cool dreams where I have wings..or..a chainsaw for a hand...or..evil zombies are chasing me down.....

A couple nights ago, I had a dream that I was on the computer, & I noticed Toonzone's "most peeps on at one time" thing reached 500! Geeze...that was a crappy dream. :p I mean, sure, it'd be cool if we ever had 500 people on at once...but...geeze...I wana chainsaw for a hand! Or, a dinosaur chasing me down..with a laser gun! oo...that'd be a cool dream.

Anyway....I thought that was worth telling... :D

I try not to remember my dumb dreams. My dumb dreams usually are of me at work, usually in an unplesant situation arguing with a customer or doing something I don't like. Sometimes I force myself awake and tell myself to stop dreaming that stuff.

One that I recall having that I thought was 'damn cool', was one where I was back at High School, on Field Day with my class. We were all sitting on the bleachers waiting for the big game to sart up.

A human Pokemon battle.

Each kid got a special uniform, armor and special weapons that simulated pokemon attacks and the like, like water guns for Water-based attacks. During the fight, there'd be a screen that simulated an outdoor backround that would even chage weather and alter the arena (like if its storming in the backround, it'd start raining on the arena as well).

It was all cool and normal until weird stuff like twisters started popping up in the backround as well as a huge Darkseid-like villain popped up and some more stuff happened. I remember the dream ended with the scren showing promos for a new He-Man cartoon. Huh.

I often dream of Star Wars figures that I don't have... Well ok, that's not really dumb, just really odd. I also once dreamt that I was with Tuvok from Star Trek: Voyager and we were searching for Star Wars LEGOs. :D Seriously...

I don't know whether you'd call this cool or wierd or what, but I dreamt once that this big robotic spider-looking thing (from Final Fantasy 8) started attacking my friends and I at the school. I ran into the courtyard and threw a shopping cart at it, but, of course, it didn't hurt it at all. After that, I kept on thinking, "Man, that was the best attack I had. Nothing can stop this thing." Then, all of a sudden, I find myself running on top of a castle when I find my friend standing on the edge of it yelling out, "Blueberry pie!" I told him that I had a dream about him yelling out blueberry pie and he starts laughing as he runs off with his other friend. Then, I turn around and appear back at the school (This time in the bus parking lot) ready to fight the robot once again.

I think that's where I woke up.

When I worked in retail I had a recurring nightmare that customers wouldn't leave the store at closing time or the lock on the door wouldn't work right and people would just keeping coming in. I always felt so panicked during these dreams.

Dunno if this is a stupid dream, but it kinda scared me for some reason. I dreamed that there was a grasshopper in my room. A BIG one, about a foot long I'd guess. I wanted to get it out of my room and back out in the yard, but didn't want to touch it. (Which is kinda strange because I've never been afraid to touch normal-sized grasshoppers.)

I think I got our dog to chase it out or something, then the dream ended. Strange...

Dumb dreams for me are the really literal ones. Such as dreaming that I'm boarding a bus, and I can't find my bus pass.... wait, there it is, in my pocket. What a close call! :P

I actually had that dream. On the sun, there were two suns and no moon. Strange logic, there...

I always have the most banal dreams. My big recurring nightmare that i'm taking an english class that i haven't been to for the whole semester.

I think I had a dream where I got a free McDonald's hamburger coupon. Most exciting thing in my life!

hehehe.....once I dreamt that I was a turkey, and a farmer was chasing me so he could kill me for a Thanksgiving dinner........I poked his eyes out and escaped :D !

I had another one where I ate a piece of pizza and I could walk through one of the murals that's in the school cafeteria, it was really a portal to another dimension where the evil cheese lives.........then I threw Watagashi's YJ comics at them, it didn't work(it just messed up the comics), so I threw atari's brother and them, and they all died.........but that was after I poked their eyes out with a very long pole that I found on the ground, but the pole ended up being the Zen Master who helped me get out of there by eating a creampuff......then, when I was back at school, he gave me all the answers to a worksheet in Theatre Arts.....weird.

When I'm asleep at home I dream I'm at school awake, and when I'm asleep at school, I also dream that I'm at school awake.

Hah! I have you all beat! I had the drea, this morning that I had woken up, got dressed, and gone to work.......then I woke up, and realized I had turned off the alarm in my sleep.

I was not happy....(and late..*sigh*)

Another dream I had was when I was at the hospital to see whoever and my mom came up to me, crying, and apologizing to me for not being around. I said it was okay and rushed out of the hospital as fast as I could. I checked in my bookbag to find Piccolo's head in there, arguing to me that I better hurry up and get to wherever we were going, so I walked down a strange road until I found a bus stop and boarded on. When I checked my bookbag again, Piccolo's head was gone and I figured out that I, somehow, dropped it on the way or something. I got off the bus and started looking for it when I woke up, but never found it. It was really wierd about my mom, though.

Oooooooooookkay.

Another dream I had was when I was somewhere in the future, and there was this liquid for everything; I remember, it was Milk of M------- and C-------- (I don't remember the rest). It was used for everything....when you pour it on your foot and say "otyah", not only does a sock appear on that foot, but it appears on the other foot as well! Isn't that cool? :p That's what I dreamt about. I have to get out more.....

Stupid Dream

That's nothin, I've had similar dreams a dozen times. I used to have it more often in High School. The other day I fell asleep in my school's student center and I dreamed that I slept too long and was late for my econ class. I dreamed that I walked into my econ class and sat down when I finally woke up and realized that I still had 20 minutes until class started.
