Whenver I go to a CD/DVD shop and I ask them that when will this CD/DVD arrive in your shop and they simply tell me that " Oh,this CD/DVD has not arrived in the market yet ". So my question is that what is a market?Where is the market? Can we ask people at the market to bring a DVD of our own choice?
Sorry, the topic of this thread is " What do they mean by market ".

The context you describe is vague at best, but it sounds like the product you want simply hasn't arrived in your geographical location yet. Again, what you describe could have any number of different meanings, but that's what I get from it.

Like BCVM22 said, it can mean a lot of things based on context, but here it sounds like the CD or DVD just hasn't been released in stores yet.
"Market" here essentially means what's out there and available for purchase by consumers in general in your country - if a CD doesn't get released until October 20th, then you could say it hasn't been released into the market yet - it's not available for purchase until October 20th when the publisher had decided to release it.
