I do, as part of COX Digital Cable (Channel 346).
CDC recently added Boomerang OnDemand. So far, nothing on but episodes of Dexter's Laboratory, Smurfs and Tom and Jerry.
I hope they'll add something more of interest as time progresses...

Nope :(
What's dumb is that Comcast has it OnDemand. So why not have the channel? There's plenty of room for it!

Because it's ad-free, and as such not many cable companies are willing to pick it up, since without commercials it doesn't generate a lot of revenue aside from subscriptions.
But to answer the question, I've had it since 2004.

You got it. No product commercials, only spots advertising their own programming (and some of CN's).

Cox finally came to their senses and added it :anime:

I have it and I love it. It's the only reason I have cable. Time Warner Cable, that is.

I do. It's quite enjoyeable when they play Justice League Unlimited, DC Universe movies, Dexter's Laboratory, Semi-old WB and Hannah Barbera films and the short segments. In other words, the modern classics. Boomerang's got current enough in their choice of material that I'm comfortable enough to switch over to it when regular CN is airing garbage like some of their new Cartoon Cartoons and live action stuff. It's an occasional welcome escape. Nice to have. I do miss Anime Network on Demand and Adult Swim on Demand though, ever since I switched from Bright House to Dish Network. But hey, at least I get Reel and Ovation as an added bonus. Also nice.

Seconded (except that IMO I feel they tend to repeat the same shorts and filler segments a little too much; lately I've seen "Harasscat", "When Animals Nap" and "Miss Understanding" so much I've practically got the dialogue to those shorts memorized). Unlike many posters, the number of "modern" (as in post 80's) shows airing on Boomerang doesn't really bother me, especially with CN currently going to crap. These "new oldies" have to go somewhere, since CN has no interest in playing them.

Yep. You're right about the shorts. I tend to like Josie and the Pussycats history of music short, and the Jabberjaw music video by Pain if you really want to know my favorite ones. I just want to know when they're going to play, if they're ever going to play, "Secrets" by Will.I.Am featuring Dexter and/or "Go Monkey Go, Mojo jo jo" with the Aquabats and Powerpuff Girls. Also, I'm on your side in terms of liking all the post-80s / 90s decade stuff as well. It's what I grew up on. That kind of IS "classic" to me in terms of my demographic. I believe that if Boomerang is going to attract more 20-something and Gen Y viewers like regular CN does, then they really should play more stuff that came from the 90s and maybe 80s. Have you checked out www.retrojunk.com (http://www.retrojunk.com) yet? That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about. There is a HUGE potential untapped broadcasting market for that stuff (pop culture from the 80s and 90s that you see on sites like Retrojunk.com and YouTube. I just can't believe Time Warner / Boomerang haven't cashed in on that market more like the Internet has to a degree. Also, I think it would be a brilliant move if Boomerang started licensing its own old school anime for the network, seeing as that would surely bring in the ratings. I mean, why not play Sailor Moon or Speed Racers, cuz god knows the other networks aren't going to play it, not when there's so much good anime from the 2000s coming out. However, I think Boomerang would actually start getting ratings if they played the following: 80s and 90s U.S. cartoons and Japanese anime, more stuff from the DC / Bruce Timm / Paul Dini universe / and shows like Tiny Toons and Animaniacs. You know, stuff from the old Kids WB lineup. If I was running/programming Boomerang as an executive or something, that's what I'd do. I'd make it more contemporary, but at the same time balance that out with the really old WB and Hannah Barbera stuff, much like how regular CN tries to (and usually FAILS to) balance their scheduling of their regular cartoons and their "cutting edge" blocks like Toonami, Miguzi (RIP), and Adult Swim.
It would be a bulletproof plan in terms of ratings I tell ya!

I have Boomerang with DirecTV. When it comes to the old H-B cartoons, it is truly a blessing.
