I most certainly think it could be. Let the marauders tear apart the carcass of old cartoon network, rename it, but keep it on the internet. Place the library on CARTOON NETWORK.com and add some advertising or small subscription fee, still acquire the rights to shows overseas, and start from scratch. In that case Cartoon Network has a real chance of surviving.

I don't know what to say about this.
Maybe they could put the Cartoon Cartoons on Gametap.

IIRC they already do.
The only classic Cartoon Network show they currently have on the service is Space Ghost Coast to Coast.
Shame, really, because Turner's wasting a golden opportunity to regenerate interest in their old cartoons.
They also should focus on distributing the service internationally.
