I like it, and funny enough I was like Hiroki when it comes to his age.

I'm a little lost as to why Xana would still be after Aelita, but whatever.

Instead of teleporting out of the Skid to fight the monsters, they should have stayed in the Skid and ran them over.

Just jam the cable in the back of the laptop and it will magically work? Don't have to strip the wire? I don't think so.

I'm a little lost as to why Xana would still be after Aelita, but whatever. He's lonely and has needs? :anime:

Just jam the cable in the back of the laptop and it will magically work? Don't have to strip the wire? I don't think so. That I'll have to look for

I really think this show needs to stay away from celestial phenomena. It felt like they were really reaching for this XANA attack.

But I do enjoy Yumi's little "crusher", Johnny. Having to deal with him, her little brother and XANA attacks, is getting very funny. Johnny really needs to loose those little pink cheeks, that's just over the top all the time :p

But wait there's more. From the size of Miss Hertz sun, the planets would have been smaller than a pea and needed more than the football field if they were going to make it to scale, which I thought was the idea?

I liked this episode, lol. XANA taking over laser-loaded satellites again!? *yells at XANA* You can do better than that ya stupid fool!!.....o.O.....*runs to China* Maybe if I hide at the Xiaolin Temple where there's no technology, mabye he won't hurt me....crap....forgot about Kimiko's PDA!!:p :D

Anyhoo, I think it'd sorta in a weird way be a good idea for Yumi's little brother and his friend to join the group, after seein' what happened in this episode. But then again, I'm not sure if they're good at keeping super-secrets like Lyoko a secret.

Like your new avatar Kagetsu, that's my favorite KP episode!:anime:

Ok, now I know this is Only a cartoon/animated show, BUTTTT..........

the cable in the back of the computer??? does Jeremy have the ultimate laptop, equiped for any cable known to man, no stripping required, no connected needed??? I agree, it seems like a few of these new episodes have been reaching, as if they don't have that fresh spark the past seasons had. Or maybe they are saving everything for when the series really kicks in, you know, how they will explain being in the real world with Lyoko powers, or how they will be able to track Xana all over the world in such a powered state, or HOW YOU CAN CONNECT A SATTILITE CABLE DIRECTLY TO A LAPTOP THRU THE BLUE PLUG IN THE BACK OF THE LAPTOP, WITHOUT ANY CONNECTOR?!??

ok, enough ranting, still like Yumi and Ulrich and Aelita's characters very much, and still wishing Odd is more than just the comic relief. As for Jeremy, he will be better when he isn't spouting electronic nonsense.

I've seen better. I've seen worse. Its interesting that they borrowed a concept from Wargames to defeat Xana this time. (The only way to win is not to play the game.) I'll agree they seem to be reaching a bit. Then again maybe the next cluster of episodes will be better.

As for the cable... Fantasy =/= reality. Deal. If you want something technically correct, read the pages for doing Apache re-writes sometime. They'll either make you an insane computer nerd or turn you into a Luddite. :P

Edit:
As a side note, why wasn't this stickied like the CL talk backs usually are?

"Security door versus Yumi's ankle. I'm betting on the door."

So yeah, XANA's done the 'take over a satellite' thing. Yeah, Yumi's done the 'try to warn the real world and get ignored'... oh, wait, they actually listened to her this time! Okay, so this episode isn't as cut-and-paste dry as I thought.

I guess if one thinks about it, the whole bit with Jeremie telling Yumi that stripping that wire wasn't necessary does kind of warp the realism of the scene.

As for Aelita's bright idea... I don't think I would've come up with it that quick, either. The writers, in that sense, did a good job in not making it appear to be the obvious solution. The sense of impending doom via meteor shower played a big part of that.

"Hot Shower": 3.5/5.
