I can't find any news on if or when the ben 10 movie is coming to dvd does anyone know or have any info on it?

Though Season 2 does come out later this year

They typically release the CN Movie DVD's four to five months after they premiere on CN. An exception to that was Billy & Mandy's Big Boogie Adventure, but that's the only one that I can think of that had an exception, so I wouldn't expect it to be released until November or December earliest, but next year is much more likely.
