Well, at least I can watch something late at night on a Friday now. CN wasn't doing much with the timeslots they had anyway.

So I wonder if they're planning to do something special like this every Friday or if they'll go to the regular weekday schedule eventually. Probably the latter.

I'm pretty sure they'll go back to regular scheduling after the first Friday. It's just they're way of securing high Friday ratings before they have the normal weekday programming on it. I'm sure they'll also have a few special Friday card bumps the first week talking about taking over Fridays and the like.

Guess I shouldn't give up IFC's Grindhouse just yet.

Having the same schedule of AS on Friday as Monday-Thursday is just going to blend the week even more for me. Honestly, sometimes I forget what day it is just because I'm not taking classes and I work about the same shift every Tuesday-Friday with only Monday being notably different. So I always remember Monday XD it's Jetstream day.

Holy Moly!
Last year, A.S. were thinking about adding a seventh day. I didn't know about this until Toon Zone posted the news. Great job, Adult Swim for adding another night, now we can watch some Family Guy on Fridays!

The Family Guy marathon had a good mix bag of episodes. I was able to catch the beginning of 'Meet the Quagmires' the second time I've seen the episode and it's still funny. I can't wait to see the actual schedule come next Friday.
With TBS dropping its Too Funny to Sleep block a while back, the door was just open wide for [adult swim] to start a Friday night.

I'm really glad AS is on Friday night, instead of reruns of My Gym Partner's A Monkey, and other junk.

I kinda enjoyed a one night break from Adult Swim. I got used to seeing stuff like .Hack and EEnE when I woke up that day.

I was pretty disappointed about the 6 hour marathon they had this past friday on the 6th. They played episodes up until 2am and then repeated them from the ones they started playing at 11pm. With as many seasons as they have, they can afford to play different episodes for the marathon and not repeat any. i didnt feel like watching them again...so I changed it around 2:30am or so. AS lost some ratings from me that night.
