Cartoon Planet Question: What is this "Darling?"

I'm sure any Cartoon Planet fan out there recalls the 3 skits on the show featuring Space Ghost, Zorak, and Brak singing a song apparently called "Darling." In all 3 there was some guy singing the song in the background, while the 3 characters each had their own (rather disturbing) renditions of it in the foreground.

My question is...is it a real song? Or was it made specially for the show? I've searched the net for information, and can't find anything.

So have I. It's on the Cartoon Plsnet Surf N' Turf CD and both Zorak and Space Ghosts's versions are on it. I'd always assumed it was some old, public domain song... that or it's from a toon.
