Who were "goofier"? Cow & Chicken or Ren & Stimpy?

Ren & Stimpy was very innovative and helped make gross out humor popular during its 1991-1996 run on Nickelodeon, and Cow & Chicken was just plain bizarre on Cartoon Network during its run from 1997-2000. Though both had a lot of gross out humor, I'd definitely say Ren & Stimpy takes the cake as far as that goes. However, who do you think takes the cake as the just overall goofiest show? Both were quite goofy, but Cow & Chicken may very well take it. I'm just not sure.

Ren and Stimpy was inspired goofiness. Cow and Chicken was a poor imitation, IMO. And a little too obsessed with buttocks. :eek:

Toughie, but Cow & Chicken didn't have Mr.Horse, Log, Stinky Wizzledteats, etc.

Ren & Stimpy was the mother of it all, so it's fair to give it a win.

I'd give the edge to 'Ren & Stmpy'. Despite it's 'shock value', and 'gross out humor', the goofiness it had was nothing short of briliant. 'Cow & Chicken' had it's moments, but was kinda strange at times.

this is the only time i'll support a nicktoon over another show(cept Danny and Oddparents) Ren and Stimpy(Thoguh i've never really seen either of them, unless i was watching r&s when i was in diapers)

Well,the reason i picked Cow and chicken is becuse it was an old original I just loved when I was a kid but Ren and stimpy was alright but cow take's the cake

I'd say Ren and Stimpy has way more gross-out humor than Cow and Chicken did.

Now if we were comparing Ren & Stimpy to Billy and Mandy...

They were both super weird. Ren and Stimpy made me feel sick, though (there were times when Cow and Chicken made me sick, too, but not as much). I don't know which is goofier.

Cow and chicken was "goofier" in a more childish sense. I loved it when The Red Guy was a mall cop and he had that little car plugged into the wall. I want to get really fat and ride on one of those following people around, they are way ahead of me though. Genius I tell ya....

Ren and Stimpy, mainly because their goofiness was of a more versatile caliber; They could deal with outer space, various odd jobs, farming, mad science, fairy tales, etc.
