Ed, Edd, and Eddy reference on a newspaper

The already mentioned Ed Edd n Eddy refrence (as well as Gilbert Godfried as the platypus/Alien) are the highlights of this episode. There were a couple of other funny moments (Mrs Warthog's addiction to computer gaming, the nerd kids pretending they were on a ship, wrecking the door when they could of just opened it) but not really to high quality an ep. Then again I'm not the biggest fan of My Gym Partner and really only watched this one due to it being part of the Invasion arc and all.

The show was too long. WAAAAY too long. And most of the gags didn't work. The episode was a damn mess IMO. Another waste of potential. Sad.

Not a 'Partner' fan either, but I was curious as to the 'Invaded' tie-in.

You know, I always like hearing Gilbert Gottfried's voice - 'cause he's one of those guys that can be funny and annoying at the same time, and I just don't care. It's amusing to me. And I have no idea why I got a crack out of the line "This liquid substance fixes me!"

It's also funny how much I know the characters for a show I really don't like. Or maybe the kid in me does, but the adult doesn't (kinda like "Lazlo" - oh, wait, don't know if I'd want to make that comparison, as I'd wholeheartedly approve my kids - if I had kids - watching that, as opposed to this show).

I enjoyed the episode enough, though - but it won't get me to start liking the show.

In case you missed the rerun of it that just aired, it will also rerun again at 7PM tommorow night. And if you missed that Thursday at 9:30PM. And if you missed that it will air with all the other Invaded episodes Monday on Memorial day. And if you missed all those you ain't catching this ep until at least June.

Dang, I missed the EEnE reference.
This whole Invaders arc is kind of a letdown, but I've been watching it regardless just to see how they connect.
It doesn't help that the only Invader eps I looked forward to seeing are EEnE and Billy & Mandy.
