Which season was the "Bart The Daredeil" episode in? I'm just curious, that being one of my favoritye episodes. Also, the first DVD box set, which will be only about 3 - 4 discs, will be the smallest installment in the set. Episodes will take up 2 discs, while extras, including an un-aired episodes, will take up the others.

You'll have to wait for the second season set to see your favorite episode, DG.
I love the sound of this...all the episodes on TWO DISCS? Granted, there were only 13 episodes, but still, this is great. I wish more TV shows were put out this way, rather than the two or three episodes per DVD collections we sometimes see (*cough*twilight zone*cough-real waste of the format there!). The Robotech set also takes good advantage of the format as well.

Hey cal! I got some news you' like. The first Simpsons DVD is being released September 25th, with #2 to come in December, then Fox will release 2 - 3 every year. By the time they reach the 15th season DVD the show should have just finished it's 15th and possibly final season.
And thanx for the info, cal!

I hope it's reasonably priced! Any sites taking pre orders yet? I could get these with the slate of Dr Who DVDs coming out in September! YAYYYY! I know what I will be watching in September!
As for what I consider a fair price on a DVD set...$40 for the three disc Sex and the City set is fair. $80 for the four disc Sopranos set is UNFAIR (thankfully, due to some tinkering, I managed to get it for $54.00). How HBO can justify charging $40 more for a set that only has one more disc than their three disc set is beyond me.
