Tension was rising in Titans Tower. Crime rates had gone up in the last month, and the Teen Titans were getting aggravated. Robin and Starfire didn't even have time to go on one date since their time in Toyko. Cyborg and Beast Boy played video games non-stop, but of course that was usual. It was Raven that really was under stress. She knew that not metitating was a bad thing. She realized that she was being even more shorter with people than usaul. One little thing would set her off, which she tried not to let happen. But it was one night when everything happened so fast, she could've sat down and cried.
It all started at midnight when everyone except Beast Boy had gone to bed. She laid down on her pillow and closed her eyes. Her mind quickly phased to another world. Her dream world, where everything could go wrong in a single minute. In her dark dream, she seemed to be walking down a hallway. Looking around, she had no idea where she was. Taking guesses on which way to turn, she found her way to a door. Probably the last door she would ever think of dreaming about. Engraved on the door was, 'Beast Boy'.
She opened the door to find it empty. But when she turned to leave, she heard a faint whimper from behind her. She whipped around to see none other than Beast Boy lying on the floor, motionless. She moved over to his body and kneeled down.
"Beast Boy?" she asked.
No answer.
"Beast Boy?"
Silence.
Raven firmly slapped his face, but nothing happened. She looked up, and was shocked to see Slade standing there.
"My dear Raven, your friend is ... DEAD,"
Raven's eyes began to tear up. "No. No! NO! He can't be dead! I haven't told him! I haven't told him!"
Once again she screamed, "NO!", but she must of screamed it out loud. Because Beast Boy quickly opened her door.
"Raven? Are you okay?" he questioned.
"Huh? Yeah ... I think so." she rubbed her pale purple haired head.
Beast Boy raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure?"
She got up, walked over to her cape hanging on the wall, put it on and walked up to Beast Boy. "Yes. I just ... just need some fresh air."
Walking to the elevator, she pressed the button that said, 'ROOF'. But it stopped at four. The door hissed open. Beast Boy stepped in.
"Beast Boy, what are you --'
"Raven, I need to tell you something."
"Me, just as well as you." She commented.
When they made it to the roof, Raven sighed. "Me first." She grabbed Beast Boy's hand and walked over to the side of the roof. "I had ... I had a dream. A dream about you. I was running through the tower, and I found your room. I opened your door, and you were ... you were ... dead."
Beast Boy let go of Raven's hand, and put his arms around her. "I'm guessing that's bad?"
Raven looked in his eyes, "Of course. Beast Boy ... I ... I ... l--"
"You love ... me?"
She noddeed. "That's why I screamed. I thought it was real."
"Raven?"
"Yes?"
"I love you, too."
Beast Boy leaned into kiss her when Raven woke up from her dream. She looked around and she was in her room. "Okay, now that was wierd!"
