Will Adult Swim Action be hosted by the lifeguard, or someone else?

Will they be using the lifeguard for the new block or can we expect a new host? I think if it's possible it would be great to see Moltar possibly host the new block as a nod to the people who've been watching Toonami since the beginning, he really deserves the spot. I just don't think Lifeguard would go with the block anyways.

I'll bet it'll have the same title: ADULT SWIM. Adult Swim Action might be only a working title. I think it'll be the same as regular AS.

Although it would be funny to incorporate "action" with things like the old people jetskiing and performing more extreme sports.

Moltar would be pretty cool, not just because of the Toonami link, but also because he'll be on the other night of Adult Swim. But I kind of doubt that they'll use him, since Williams Street just doesn't seem to want to use him like that, which is why they made the switch to Tom. Which is too bad, because I really thought that Moltar was a much better host than Tom.

I think they'll probably have different material for the action block. The lifeguard just wouldn't fit in as well.

Because Moltar is just a composite of edited scenes & a re-dub of a hanna-barbera action pseudo-spoof cartoon.

The only reason why they made a TOM2 was because they needed an excuse to make a new TOM. It's like websites giving themselves new layouts every year or so. Except Toonami thinks it should have a good excuse for a new TOM. They're just mixing it up, and they probably will continue to do so.

Also, TOM's VA was Sonny Strait. TOM 2's VA is David Lucas.

CN is really into not suprising me so i think they'll stick with the same old crap. I'd love to see moltar or any other AS character hosting, or take a note from cartoon, cartoon fridays and have a new host each week

For those who don't recall or never sene old Skool Toonami, Moltar was in 3D, and not composed of edited scenes. They also used the GPI building now seen on SGC2C.
