I don't know this cartoon's name or even the good guy. All I remember is the bad guy and his lackey. The main bad guy was a semianthropomorphic dragon with a square-ish jaw and spikes coming out of his nostrils, and his lackey had a long nose with two or three pairs of eyeglasses on it. I do notremember anything else about this cartoon. I watched it ages ago. If this rings a bell for anyone PLEASE tell me. It has been driving me crazy.

Hmm... Maybe it's a Toonami some cartoon? I don't think that that's a H-B cartoon

Do you remember what channel it was on? That would narrow it down a whole lot.

Some more information would help a lot. Do you remember around what era you saw it? What channel/network? Any other significant details come to mind?

Wow, I posted this like months ago when I first joined, and now it's getting a bit of attention?
Anyway, This was in around the 80s. I can not remember what channel. At this point in my life I lived in England but visited America once in a while. If I saw it in America it'd have to be on either Nickelodeon, Disney Channel or USA Cartoon Express. It had a fantasy theme (which doesn't narrow it down any, considering how many there were in the 80s).
The dragon sticks out in my mind mainly because of the spikes in his nostrils. They stuck out of them kind of like Transmetal 2 Megatron from Beast Wars did. I remember one episode where he disguised himself as a good guy, and when he transformed back into his dragon form it closed up on smaller details going back to normal, including the spikes sliding back into his nostrils.
And I always wondered how he breathed with those nostril spikes.

I only noticed it because DenisAndrejev bumped it yesterday. He does this sort of thing all the time on The Big Cartoon Database, bumping really old threads just to make one innocuous comment. Apparently, he's doing it here now too.
Unfortunately, FWIW, the cartoon in question isn't ringing a bell. Wish I could be more help.
