What happened to Ellen's Acres? Seemed like a pretty good show, kinda weird setting, but still pretty good.

figures, CN can't compete with nick jr.

You know, why not air it right after nick jr. ends, it would work out well

"Actually..."

Every episode was actually 15 minutes long and not merged together with another episode, If you know, It was on CN Video where they ran every episode.

My friends daughter is really disapointed that Ellen's Acres was taken off.
She liked watching it with her. I really thought it was a great show because it showed the importance of a child's imagination. I think It should get a second chance.

I was wondering what happened to it. I was just getting into watching the show. I loved all the adventures Ellen pretended to have in each episode. It was so upbeat and so much fun. Even her parents were cool. I'm going to spread the word within my circle of friends and watch each episode CN webcasts. Ellen's Acres deserves to be back on CN and soon! :)

I still say they should've aired "Pocoyo" instead. Then again, I only saw like a 1/2 an episode of "Ellen's", but what I saw wasn't that good.

I thought it was weird they even had the show on in the first place. It looked like Ellen was being raised by two 20 year olds.:shrug:

Yeah, It's really somthing you can relate to that shows how horrible the show is.

Does anyone out there remember the name of the episode where she was in a jungle dodging bananas being thrown by monkeys? I'll never forget that one...especially since those monkeys were the most evil-looking simians this side of Mojo Jojo's minions from the PPG movie?

Hey, no show can please everyone. But I like the fact that Ellen had young looking parents. They don't all have to look like 50 year olds. Plus Ellen is like, what? Five? So it kinda make sense. Also, I feel the show is a breath of fresh air from all of the usual stuff out there. Don't get me wrong. The other programs that were mentioned are good too, but Ellen's Acres was trying to do something out of the ordinary. I'll give it points for that alone.
