Cartoon Theatre Movies

So I have been trying to find out some of the movies that used to be in the cartoon theater show on cartoon network. Theres many classic movies that really moved me when i was little. One good example was when they aired the animated version of the hobbit. Theres two other movies that i barely remember and if anybody could help me with they're names id appreciate it. All i can remember is that one was a really trippy movie that was in black and white for most of the time and it would change from real life pictures to animation. The other one involved dragons and from what i can remember somewhat resembled the animation of the hobbit.

That sounds like "Twice Upon A Time" and "Return of the King", respectively.
