Does anyone remember this cartoon?

I can't think of the name but it's about these dogs who are superheroes, they are usually normal but then put on these suits that give them a human-like look. I remember the Doberman bit people on their behinds, the huskey had ice powers I think and there was one dog that stayed in his dog form but they had him in a strait jacket and only unleashed him when they really needed him, can someone tell me what's the name of the show?
