This has gone on long enough. Where are the post 1948 Looney Tunes? I know many would disagree, but I think the post 48 cartoons were the best. I want to see Taz, Pepe, Speedy, Roadrunner and Wile E Coyote, more Longhorn Froghorn, more Tweety/Slyvester and Rabbit/Duck Season series. I want to even see some of the Looney Tunes that were made in the 70's and 80's.

That's just one of the problems I have with Boomerang. Now I admit, Boomerang has got better over the past few months, but it's still not as good as a classic cartoon network should be. There's so many Saturday morning cartoons of years long gone by that should be airing but they're not. What about cartoons that used to air after school? You know, He-Man, Transformers, GI Joe and Thundercats to name a few. They're not classics, but Dexter is?

I think it's about time we start flooding Boomerang/Time Warner with letters with all our complaints. Hell, it worked in the case of a Superman II Special Edition.

They don't have the rights to air those.

Warner Bros have the rights to air and purchase the post 48 cartoons as well as the pre 48s, Turner (owner of CN, TCM and Boomerang) have only got the rights to the pre 48s. In the UK we get a mixed bag of cartoons and get all of them for some reason.:bugs1:
