Who knows about Bugs vs. Highway Constructors?

I've been trying for years to figure out how I can get the Bugs Bunny cartoon where he is fighting with highway builders who want to make a road over his hole. In the end they go around his concrete hole.

Does anyone know the name of that show or how I can get it? I'm a Civil Engineer now and I'd love to use that in presentations I give about the need to be sensitive to wild areas.

Bugs is laying in his home when an evil construciton man is trying to destroy his home. After getting rejected by the galoot,Bugs, rigs up the explosives his enemy uses--then after this for the remainder fot he caroton created a huge "Flintstones-type gravel pit" with a huge termite-hill-looking mound/dune for the ground surround Bugs Bunny's own hole-then thwarts (1) the man's attempt to make a pipe structure, the better to get to Bugs, (2) an attempt by the guy to SAW, and so forth (including dressign up as a construciton foreman)(. Int he end, as you say, the traffic goes around.

Ok. Now I know what it is, but can't seem to find it on the Golden Edition series 1-4. Does anyone know how I can buy "No Parking Hare"?
