View Full Version : Is Aus Cartoon Network Cancelling Naruto On January The 16th?!

I was looking at the Austar T.V Guide for Tuesday, (16 January) and I noticed that instead of Naruto being on at 6pm and 10pm, bloody MAR was on instead! So, I had a look at the Month’s listings and I saw that MAR was on at 6pm and 10pm everyday except Weekends and Naruto was no longer on! That sucks! Is this just a temporary cancellation of Naruto or is it permanent? Can someone please tell me as I really like the show Naruto and I would hate if it got cancelled.

I wouldn't worry about it now that they got it on Toasted TV.

I'm pretty sure Naruto will be back on CN AU soon.

I hear Tosted TV is playing it with more edits and the rap opening from the German dub. And Toasted TV is airing it at 7:30 in the morning.

Not true in the least.

CN Latin America shows the one we have as does YTV in Canada. And I wouldn't worry about it coming back to CN AU (with the dub we have as well). Though that are definently come countries getting boned when it comes to Naruto. And that's truely a shame.

Most english countries get the Viz dub. Might have some extra edits here or there to allow for different broadcasting standrads, but thems the breaks.

Doesn't CN/Toonami do some minor edits after they get the VIZ dubbed episodes? Atleast, that's what I keep hearing when people compare it with the one shown in YTV.

Yes, although they are minor, like reducing some blood here and there. Besides, most of the comparisions come from the Bridge arc.
